The elbow would draw the two together with Gamma being relatively higher up. Keeping his chin against his chest would prevent any likely attempts at throat biting. Controlling Dramon's hook/eye gouges would just mean holding him by the wrist and pushing against movements in the direction of Gamma's eyes.
Legs are going into place. Right arm continuing from where it was without any kind listed resistance to keep it from being where it was.

Either of these maneuvers ( or both if things were in Dram's favor ) meant to keep the big lummox at bay, so that Dram and he weren't chest to chest.
And to keep Gamm's left hand busy, Dram would be pulling it to his mouth to bite the ******** thumb right the ******** off.
The left hand was prevented from prying Gamma off by the next post, because of the position he's in from previous posts.
The legs not really being stopped and Gamma's junk being a little too high and close to Dramon for a knee to hit. Not to mention it would basically give Gamma his right leg.
All of this is really hinging on Gamma controlling how close everyone is with his right arm. Too close and high up for nutshots and closing off Dramon's left arm under Gamma's right shoulder and underarm.
And Dramon has been fighting the wrong hand and arm the whole time.
