"Just takes a lot of practice." Tempest smiled and enjoyed herself. It had been a long time since she really got out and had fun.

He moaned "Ugh! just like everything else. xp I think I prefer Kendo practice to dance practice. "

Quinn glanced over at Mina, but almost immediatly as he recognized her, he hid his face in his arms, pretending to suddenly be very interested in the letter he had in his hand. Which, really, was no use, since he stuck out like a sore thumb in the crowd of nicely-dressed people that were around.

Quinn just stared at Mina. His eyes were wide and his mouth was open. He was at a total loss at what to say. How could she possibly think he was mad at her? He scooched over to her, then sighed. "How could you think I was?" he said quietly. He would have put his hand on her back, but he knew he wasn't exactly clean.

Mina slightly smiled. "I.. I... don't.... I don't know.. It's just..." She bit her lip and stopped talking. She looked to Quinn and then hid her face by in her hands. tears welling in her eyes once more. She tried taking many deep breaths, her back heaving up and down. It didn't work taking breaths so she just let the tears come

A group of six people walked into the Fallen Star, all chattering away about this thing and that. Rohan and Tempest wandered to the bar while talking about cleaning duties at the house. Apparently someone was slacking and Rohan had thought it was Tempest. Yet she denied it and told him it was someone else.

Marie and Diviana had slipped away to one of the couches. Rather, Diviana had followed her sister over while pestering her about who she had been hanging out with. Marie refused to tell her nosey older sister the details but Diviana wasn't so easily discouraged.

Aiden and his own sister, Catori, walking in with the others and found a table to sit at. Like they usually did, they talked about their school, magic, and everything related. They also tried setting up practice times in which they could do their homework. Owls had been flying in and people's heads were popping up in the fireplaces reminding the two that they weren't there on vacation.

The only two of the group that hadn't shown up were Leilani and Erordia. Leilani was still a bit spooked by human-made structures. Plus, she had refused to wear clothing, again. Erordia had decided to just stay away. She was having a hard time getting her emotions in order and felt like she wasn't ready to come back into the public's range of view.

Rohan and Tempest had given up their arguement...for now...and the two bought drinks for themselves while sitting at the bar. Diviana continued to pester Marie but, as Marie had learned long ago, she simply tuned her out. When Aiden saw Rose wave, her grinned and waved back.

"New girlfriend? I thought Alex was your girlfriend," Catori whispered when she saw the girl wave to her brother. "Shut it Cat. Neither are my girlfriend, ok? We're just friends." Catori giggled then shook her head. "Whatever."

Lacuna had finally decided to enter the infamous Fallenstar she had heard so much about. She wasn't quite as social as all the others had seemed, but she figured, why not? She was happy to see that the FallenStar, unlike the other bars, had a dim aura to it. Lacuna had never much fancied sunlight, or even any light for that matter. She sighed and sat on a stool near the bar. She had hoped to see Lena or Adeline. They were the only people she was familiar with.
