Ananda turned towards Suka and the other girl, and walked over to them. "He really is an idiot," she said softly, not wanting to startle the girl. "Suka there doesn't looks so good. Listen, I can teleport, would you like me to take the two of you to the hospital? Or, if you'd rather, I have a cousin who's a healer, I'm sure she'd help him. I could take you to either one, I guess." She wasn't quite sure she wanted to be back in the hospital quite this soon, but if that's what they thought was best, she'd take them there. After all, it wasn't like she had to stay there. She looked back and forth between Suka and the girl, not sure which one of them would answer. "I'm Ananda, by the way," she added, since she hadn't been introduced to either of them before.

Kenzi:
Kenzi looked at Karin, ignoring her and then readjusting himself so that he stood comfortably. Though he heard ver his own movement that Ananda was speaking again. He dropped the marble into his pocket and then turned to her slowly. Yes he'd enjoyed the final blow, but this girl was jumping to conclusions...he would not have cared about her leaving if she had known already about his reasoning. He had to give her a reason before he could let her leave...so he disappeaed and reappeared just a few paces away from her, following her as he spoke.
"Would you have rather been the target? I could not have simply held it in, because then I would have died. With the Darke Marble inside of me, I have to deal the final blow or else die from the marble's after-effect...In harming Suka further I kept myself alive, you see? You could not have seen that before jumping to such a conclusion as you have...you didn't know so simply I am telling you now." he said this, and decided that he would continue to follow her until she answered him. She probably would not forgive him even after that...though he had made a promise to her, and even if against her will he would keep it.

Suka:
He laid there quietly...silently...the only sound coming from him being the sound of his blood leaking into the large puddle under him and the short, heavy breath every once in a while. He did not answer her question until four or five more short breaths. He opened his eyes, and his nose smelled nothign but blood. He moved his arms under his wings completely, and tried to push himself up, falling down into the ground and making a small splash with his hard fall into the thick puddle. "N-no..." the first time he had not spoken his words fully when around her. He breathed heavily and more far apart as he began to hear another girl's voice offer to help him. But He pulled himself up enough so that his face was not against the ground. "N-no!...no hospitals..." he coughed up blod from trying to speak and pulled his leg up under his chest so that he could keep from falling on his stomach again. He pulled himself into a knee and then grabbed at his chest, claws digging into his wounds...he dug them dep until they would not go deeper and some of the blood from the puddle then went into the wounds he'd dug into. Those wounds healed...but very little and he was still very weak-though he owuld not cough up anymore blood. He looked over his shoulder at Kenzi...and thought for just a moment, obviously not as insane as he had been with Kana in this form. "Survival is priority..." this was his justification for not retaliating against Kenzi now. His reason for understanding why Kenzi did what he had done, and his reasoning for why he would not further injure himself. He fully covered himself in his wings, and when there was nothign rto be seeen of him but one hand which firmly gripped the ground, it was seen that his hand turned to a paw, claws digging into the grass, and his wings retracted to reveal that he had changed to his Canine form. He raced off on all fours away from the three of them. A trail of blood not quite as deep or thick showed that he was headed to the forest...

Hearing Kenzi, Ananda turned on her heel to face him. Her eyes were still steely, but they softened slightly as her anger wore off. She had never been one to be emotional for long. "Yes. I would rather you had hit me, since I'm perfectly healthy right now, than him. Oh, I would still have been angry, but I would've understood." Her voice was soft and even, with a hint of remembered pain. She didn't bother to say any more, figuring he wouldn't listen anyways. She simply stared at him, waiting to see what response, if any, he would give her. Since he had ruined her exit, and since Suka had run off, she might as well stick around for a little bit longer.

Karin watched Suka silently, leaning slightly towards him still on her hands and knees. Then she glanced up at the girl, Ananda, and blinked a couple of times at the offer. But her expression was hesitant. She remembered Suka saying he didn't like hospitals, so maybe if they could get Ananda's friend to come meet them? But her thoughts trailed off as she glanced back towards Suka, wincing as she saw him try to get up and then fall back into the puddle, which seemed to be rapidly growing. She bit her lip anxiously, ears perking very slightly as he finally spoke. Well, at least he was able to get some words out... Though the fact he was coughing up blood as he did completely dashed her spirits that had been trying to rise.

She leaned back slightly as he started to get up, sitting on her knees still two feet in front of him. She wanted to yell at him to keep still, but instead just watched dumbly, hating herself for being so helpless. She thought she'd stopped things before they could get too out of hand, but then that idiot Kenzi had to go in and make that final attack. She growled to herself again, eyes darting towards him angrily before returning to Suka. She watched silently as he pushed himself up slightly and then stabbed himself in order to heal slightly.

And then she glanced towards his hand, eyes widening slightly at the change in appearance. She actually sprang back slightly in alarm after his wings retracted. She had yet to see him in this form, and it didn't help with the fact she was still afraid of him. So she sat still, slightly off balance from jerking back, as her eyes followed his progress into the woods. A couple seconds passed and then she leapt to her feet, taking three steps before pausing again. "Um, thanks for the offer, but..." She trailed off, watching Ananda for a moment, before spinning on her heels and chasing after Suka, and feeling very dumb for doing so. Hopefully whatever instincts he currently had wouldn't lead him to attack her. She didn't know why he'd been approaching her before Kenzi'd struck just a moment ago though.

Kenzi:
He listened to her, thinking for a moment before looking at Suka and watching him leave. Suka had understood his reasoning...though if his final attack ended up bringing death upon him then he would have hated him for saving himself. Kenzi looked to her and thought for a moment.
"I normally would have left things where they were...but with my left arm like that I hardly cou-" he coughed up a lagre splash o fblood and held his stomach afterward falling to the ground mostly out of shock. He'd forgotten about his being nearly as wounded as Suka had been before the final blow. He sat there a moment, and then closed his eyes as what blood did not leave hi mouth began to flood over his lips and onto the ground. "...I couldn't have kept from it and lived..." he finished and then more blood made it's way up his throat and spilled from his mouth. He closed his eyes and fell forward. He didn't want to make a scene but it was hard not to with so much happening right then...he looked around and before he finished searchign he realized that his sister was not there...he had noone to turn to for help but this girl he'd just mat. And she was just about to leave...

Ananda looked down at him in alarm. "Oh god, here I am moralizing at you, and you're hurt." She shook her head. Who's the fool now? Well, I don't know what his problem was with getting a healing, but he's going to get one now. She frowned down at him, trying to think where she'd find Rille. The library. Of course. "Here's what's going to happen. You're coming with me to find Rille. She's going to heal you, and you're not going to complain about it, or I'll ask her to put your ears on backwards. Got it?" She decided to be polite and wait for a reply, although he didn't really look like he was in a state to argue. She looked off after Suka and Karin, hoping they'd be alright.

[hope this is the right thread now xD]

Koichi sat under a tree, covered in it's dark and loomy shade. His arm was resting on top of his knee, his hand dangling from the support behind it; his fingers were rolling around an orange lollypop, as he store up and into the distance, a burning tree consisting of two people. He was watching them carfully as he constantly clenched his jaw.

His black hair- which was just slightly slicked back at the moment- forced itself to be played against the wind, the loose tips that weren't gently being caressed with moose swaying. The sunglasses that lay on his face glinted in what little light he recieved at the moment, as he carefully watched the two. He still couldn't help but feel useless, letting such a thing happen; he wanted to go punch that man, but knew the consequences to doign so.

For the time being, he concluded, he'd be forced to watch from the sidelines as he was robbed of something he knew he wouldn't be able to get back; and he wasn't going to try fighting for it, in fear of hurting what he really wanted.

He picked his head up, watching as the two started to leave, just as an image flashed in his head. He knew where they were going, and didn't want to be caught following. So, instead, he suddenly disappeared and teleported himself to another base of a tree, between some bushes; when they came, he'd be able to see them. From the teleportation, he hadn't changed his stance, the way he sat, or his fingers twirling the lollipop.

His jaw, too, was still clenching repeditavly. The hand that lay on the ground, was tightly clenched, his hand cold from no blood circulation; his hand was the color of white sheets.

[ahahahaha. I finally posted]

Kana watched everything through wide eyes, Kenzi beating up Suka, and then Suka suddenly gaining the upper hand. And then her attention shifted to Karin who was actually walking into the fight. She opened her mouth to yell at her friend to back away, but her words died before even starting to come out. She had noticed the whirlpool in the lake, and watched in awe as it slowly lifted itself up, along with most of the contents of the lake. And then the floating water suddenly lurched towards the two and dumped itself upon them. Kenzi was washed into the lake with the returning water, but Suka managed to cling to the ground.

And then she stared over at Yuri, having lost sight of him. Where was he? He'd been beside her a moment before... Then she saw for a split second, Kenzi grabbed up from the water. He was suddenly tossed by Suka and Yuri zapped both of them with his lightning. Kana stared in horror, as the fight seemed to be over. Suka approached Karin again but was stopped as Kenzi suddenly punched him, sending the male flying into a tree. Karin rushed over to him, and the two left shortly after. Then Kenzi left as well, along with that other girl who'd been with him.

Kana remained frozen in place, eyes darting between the place they'd faught, the lake, and the snapped tree Suka'd just hit. And then she caught a familiar scent and her eyes widened further, snapping over to a tree. She stared for several seconds and then suddenly lurched forward. "K-K-Koichi...!" she whimpered. She felt like she hadn't seen him in forever. Where had he been? "I m-missed you..." she continued upon reaching him, falling to her knees in front of him and staring up with wide eyes.

[if you've seen kurosagi, you'd know what expressions he has now and what he looks like :just decided to base him on that:]

Koichi looked over at her, having put away the lollipop quickly; it was still going to be a suprise. By now, his jaw was slowly becoming unclenched as he leaned foward slowly and reached out his arm, wrapping it around her before pulling her into him. "I missed you too," he said softly, looking at where the fight had gone on.

He could tell that she was frightened at the moment, and wasn't quite sure how to comfort her completely; or at least, he didn't know how to go about doing so in the right way. "Come now, kitty," he continued speaking, his voice soft and consoling, "cheer up; it's over now. I'm here, and I won't let you go," he assured her.

What he really wanted to know, was what had actually happened; he hadn't been listening to the whole fight, but was watching it instead. By doing so, however, he'd caused himself great confusion as to the whole reason for the event.

The blush spread across her face without fail as Kana felt him pulling her towards him, but she simply allowed it. She pressed her face into his chest, fighting back tears. It was hard, but she managed. She kept telling herself there was nothing to cry about. She only hoped Kenzi and Suka were alright. She'd already forgiven Suka for attacking her. She had no idea what it could be, but she'd convinced herself that Suka must've had a good reason for doing so.

She sighed shakily, hugging Koichi back as she bobbed her head up and down without raising her face. "I-I know..." she mumbed, voice muffled by his shirt. Her tail was curled around her waist and her ears drooping against her head. She ignored this though, still clinging to him, her hidden face bright red. She was scared, but she also really had missed him.

Koichi thought it better not to let her go, since she'd probably be more comforted in his arms. Instead, he let his eyes roam off somewhere to the side as he thought to himself about a handful of things. For one, he wasn't sure when the right time to give her the lollipop would be; maybe it'd make her feel better? Then again, it may make things completely worse.

Instead, he gently kissed the side of her head, where his face already was, before sighing softly. It really had felt like a while since they'd last been together, though he couldn't quite place why, and he wasn't at all sure what to do anymore; he still liked her, sure, but seriously? What could he possibly do to make her feel better, or at least to get her mind away from things for a while?

Kana clung to him a few moments more and then slowly turned her head to one side. She stared into the forest almost blankly for a couple seconds, face blazing red, and then slowly opened her mouth. "Where...?" She trailed off, about to ask where he'd been but then deciding against it. She didn't want to pry.

Instead she sighed agian and then tiled her head, raising it enough so that she could see his face. A faint smile spread across her face as she stared for a second. "I like your hair," she said randomly, giving a very small laugh. She vaguely remembered noting it last time but hadn't been able to say anything during all the chaos at the picnic.

Koichi raised an eyebrow, hearing the beginning of a question, but then it suddenly stopped. He, however, didn't press the matter on; she'd ask again if it was important. He smirked, though, hearing the compliment. "Arigato," he said softly, pulling a hand back to remove the sunglasses and place them atop his head. He bit his lip, contemplating to give her the lollipop.

After a moment, he sighed as he lowered his head, his eyes shut in slight concentration as his hand ruffled through his pocket, looking for it. Another moment passed before he removed it from the pocket and held it in front of her. "I was going to give this to you earlier... and I'm still not sure if it's the right time to give it to you with all that's happened, but I think you'll be at least a little happier," he grinned, refering to the orange pop.
