"Riiiight," Minty followed Daene's finger with her eyes, "I'm guessing you'll want into the Safe House too to check on Kt?"
She knocked on the door, "Hello? I've got two more out here wanting to get in, one is missing a head. Don't be alarmed."
Missin' a head? -Did she hear that right? You know what? She wasn't gonna question it, and started removin' the barricade, openin' the door enough to check them-
Stanley stands in the doorway waiting to get in when he senses it open. He turns and waves at the girl on the other side of the door.
Uh...hi -She waves back? Headless guy. Ok. He didn't look like a grombie though, an' zombies weren' supposed to move without heads, so she opens the door wider to let him in-

Volt peeked over Lady's shoulder, hearing footsteps approaching them."Stan, that you?"she asked curiously, hardly able to get a good look at the person.
He blushes slightly when someone comments on his stomach growling. "Sorry..." He's mumbling around the first bit of food he got to.

The elf is instantly scowling, "If people would stop assuming I want to go in, that would be great." She doesn't outwardly acknowledge the vampires presence, though there is a sharp spike in her anger when he speaks to her.
Xashowd is a little perturbed by the lack of response from Daenes, but notices the anger spike. "Nice to see you too." He said in response. Guess I really set her off last time...Talk about a bad first impression. He thought to himself. He wasn't even sure how to get on good terms with Daenes...Maybe Gypsy knew something. He'd have to ask her later. Right now he was content listening in to the conversation.
-She could 'ear that stomach growl from her spot by the door, and realized with all the excitement, she hadn't been eatin' much either-
We got the power back on, an stuff ta cook with in 'ere. We should make a real breakfast.
-If nothing else, it might lighten the mood of everyone. How many days had it been since anyone had had a legitimate meal?-

Stanley holds up a note that reads, "thank you" as he walks into the room. Upon entering he feels a familiar wave of static nearby and turns to face it.
"Well, I hardly thought you'd want to stay out here with me when Kt is in there, Daenes. Shouldn't you at least want to check on her? Or were you hoping I'd kiss you again." Minty scolded, "Oh look! Lady Luck's got the door open. All in who's going in!"

Volt's eyes lit up to see him."Stan, it is you! See Cree? He's okay!"Jumping up and down excitedly Volt threw her arms around the headless man in one awkward but well meaning hug.
That was an idea, but was it worth it? Cae pondered the thought and soon came to a conclusion. "Cat ears aren't intimidating. I need them gone."
[Gotta run! Back in an hour and a half or so.]

(I've had the door open for quite awhile actually. ^ ^; )
She pushes the door open more, and although the headless guy is a bit jarring, her attention goes immediately to the source of the voice she recognizes. "Y-you're okay . . . I-I've been so worried." The elf cautiously inches out as she speaks.
Cree looked up happily, her eyes swelled with tears, as she cried, "Big Brother you're okay!!" She tried to run over to Stanley but her tired legs only took her halfway before she fell to the floor.

Stanley stood still for a moment as he was hugged and put his arm around Volt and patted her on the back. He stood there for a moment hugging Volt before hearing Cree fall to the floor. He walked over to his little sister and picked her up off the floor.

Xashowd stifled a chuckled at that last comment. Seems he'd missed something recently. He heard Gypsy's voice and turned towards her "Hi Gypsy!" He said waving towards her. He noticed her hesitation, though he wasn't sure of its source. "There's no Grunnies out here. I...kinda went berserk on all of them." Xashowd then facepalmed as he realized he'd dropped Nightwind. He looked around the area and saw it nearby, so he used his Wind Magic to move it back to his hand and pressed the button on the center of the shaft, turning it back into a capsule and sticking it in a coat pocket.
