Unknown hero, hiding in the dark...

*Marrick agreed and looked to his driod, "sheela camp mode." The little driod beeped happily and beamed out some logs form its memory. And with it, Marrick crafted a fire. As he and Hiyo sat across from eachother Marrick was tinkering with something as per usarl. "So... do you count as Eve's subject, or boyfriend. Sometimes it's hard to tell." he chuckled but didn't mean any harm by it as he looked up, "She's changed a lot. She's.... squishy now." He chuckled.

*Marrick smiled and pulled out his wallet. He then handed him a picture of Eve, "this is the original eve we knew." In the picture Eve was half her size, with long golden blond hair, but with a cuter face, almost flat chest, with her rifle in her arms, which was as long as her body. Standing next to everyone else she was small, and even more so she was the only one that held a plan expression in the picture. "Back then she only kept to herself, even though she would always cover our backs, and pull us out of bad situations, she never wanted to get close to us. When we started out the entire population was serpate from us Recivers. The people didn't like us at all, nor did we like them for not liking us even though we kept them alive. But not Eve. They charrished her right off the bat, accept her." He smiled and pulled another picture out, "here's us again in the midevil era. This one shown a castle in the background, again everyone had a good expression but Eve. However she was slightly taller, but not otherwise different from the other picture even though it was a thousand years later. She now had her hand on the handle of her large boster blade in the ground. Finally marrcik handed on last picture of them, "and this is right before we all split up." It showed all of them again. This picture 2000 years older then the last, eve was the same even in this picture, small chested, a small girl, who barly reached everyone elses height. In this one she had the same expression again, but it seemed so did the others, all looking tired and worn out form a battlefield int he background. Marrick shied, "do you see why we don't belive that's Eve? Now she's a tall girl, huge chest, different shaped body, more hair, and stronger willed, more out going, and.. squishy full of emotions she never showed us before. She really changed, alittle too much."

*Marrick shied, "sadly kid... all of us... we don't have a family." He looked up, "all but Eve. She found her's because her's lived long enough for her to locate them. At least she has someone close, as do you. When it comes to family they say it doesn't matter the things you do, or what your like..." he leaned back and looked up at the stars, "... they same that family is your only true home. If I had one, I would want them to know everything about me. So they knew that I brought great honer to there name. So they knew of all the good things I've achieved and done. Sure not all are always good, but still. Your lucky kid, You got a family, you got a princess that's attachd to you. Make the most of it."

*Marrick nodded, "Sheela hibernate mode." The little device came down into his lap and shut down. He however layed there, he guessed he had to keep watch now. He would switch with hiyo tomorrow. Either way he pulled his wallet out and looked at a few other pitcures that he kept to himself and smiled.

The next morning Hiyo and Marrick were up and heading out, there was not time for breakfast. They only had a half a day left to look for jack, before they had to turn around to head back. Surly they would have moved faster then anyone else and further out, but so far they came up empty handed. It was hours before they came up upon a small hill that they found some action out in the distance. Marrick set down and took note. "whats this..." he noticed bombs droping around two groups of men, gunfire back and forth, a tank rolled in and took out some of the opiset side. but as he was about to just turn back, he saw a large man run up to the tank, grab the barrel and flip the tank upside down, before knocking some men around with a boulder, and heading into the rest of the men. That, was Jack. "We got him."

*Jack took a guy with a flame thrower and threw him across the field with one hand, then stomped as a rock came up from the earth to block gunfire, before his kicked it and it flew into the mass of enemys. He spun and had his back to Hiyos, "quiet a opening tiny." He replied with his deep voice." He knocked a few enemys down, and turned to grab another by the neck and toss them aswell. "One small issue, your..." he stopped a man in his tracks and smashed himt o the ground and turned to Hiyo, "your not a Reciver." Suddenly Marricks driod flew around Jack and landed on hiyos shoulder with happy beeps. And now, jack smiled, "then again you mentined Eve. And that there is a shymbol of us." He suddenly turned to find a jet flying by, and a bomb drop down, "one second huh tiny." He stepped out and picked up the tank he broke up earlier and flung it into the air at the bomb way before it even got close to the land, taking out the bomb jet with it's own explosive he turned and nodded, "I'm done lets roll."

*Sheela beeped following the orders of marrick to follow the orders of Hiyo and called Eve's drone. It setled down on his shoulder and like a walky talky that didn't require a buttion pressed he could heard the other end as there were gunshots consintaly, yelling, explostions, the works. "what? Hiyo's called! Denvious cover me!" There was a few sounds of Eve shifting to cover as she spoke, "hiyo you there? Can you here me? Are you hurt? Everything alright?" jack walked up, not really noticing the truck thing and squatted down, still however he was a big man even when on his knees. "Yo Eve, it's been forever whats shaken bacon." Eve's voice sounds alittle happier, "Jack. I know your sctical but Im pulling the team together for something major. But I know your buisy here, we're all here willing to lend a hand if you can come with us." Jack shied, "there's a man we're after named Asmal Deven. He's the culse of all this, and the lives of a small country. But his firepower is hitting these humans hard, and there isn't many of your kind of yokai here in these lands." Eve's voice agreed, "alright i'll send word. We're all split up, so maybe we can locate this guy faster as we are. The boy with the tails, that's Hiyo he's my... kitsune... crap gotta go denvious is getting gunned down. Stick together for me, and make sure hiyo comes back to me unharmed, he's a important key to all this, and I need him... a lot." The trasmittion then went off and the driod beeped. Jack stood, "cake walk. Lets go Tiny the longer we take, the more people die."

*Jack nodded, "He is staying in this area due to a misfortcion with the mercinarys he hired. I have reason to belive that he's sticking around because of the deal they made, or because he was turned on and take hostage. Either way works for me. Just gotta get to him. I recived a radio call an hour ago or so that he's in a water port town, a small town that focuses on making crops for the citys. Unfortionly the citys all be destroyed, but might as well check it out." He smirked to hiyo, "tinys just my thing kid. To me, everybody tiny." The robot beeped in protest, however stayed with hiyo, it seemed to like him almost as much as marrick.

*The driod beeped a few times with an answer, even though hiyo would not understand it's languge. Meanwhile Jack looked back, "the driods are like people no? However they know whats right and wrong more then people do. They decide who they like for there own reasons, and Marrick will never deny that being he created life, and managed to put a working heart into those little guys." He looked forwords, "you ask me, their better off then we are."
