Max stayed asleep, she was still curled up and she seemed happy as her hair dripped water down her neck and onto her hand, which would roll off like rain onto the bed. She seemed happy and calm.

Max started to stir when she felt someone touching her. She stretched and winced, her whole body hurt and she didn't know why. Her eyes were still closed, but she was waking up.

Max opened her eyes and smiled. "I missed you too." She whispered and put her head on her chest and her back was against him. She missed the safe feeling only he could give her. Her brother gave her other safe feelings, but this one only Draven could give her.

Max smiled and curled into him. Her stomach growled but she didn't mention anything. "I missed you more, I've been all alone." She said and smiled, she did a goofy southern belle in distress kind of tone when she said that.
