If all else fails, you can go fanon and just make something up that would fit with the era.
Personally, I'd be at a loss either way because I can never remember what was when and what's doable. A lightsaber's the same more or less in any era, but blasters and ships change all the time.

I'm just saying that the option should be there, in case canon things don't cut it. If the Talon works, then it works, and everything's fine.

The Talon is a decent fighter. Better than what the Imps are using in my opinion.

Which probably explains the massive use of multi-person gunboats in staged attacks with corvettes over single-man fighters.

That would require moderator permission to have access to such technology, as we've yet to encounter any such tech in this time period.
Null Cannons, super defoliators, and other weapons of mass destruction exist in abundance, but unless you have proof of hype capable fighters in this time period, you don't stand much fo a chance of designing your own.

And was quite the popular fighter 300 years ago.
Just because the Sopwith Camel was a sturdy, reliable plane, that doesn't mean I'd want to dogfight an ME 109 in one.

If the Aurek had a hyperdrive 300 years ago, then shouldn’t there be a modern day equivalent starfighter with a hyperdrive?
