Alright Karan, here's what you do!
First, you must DNA digivolve!
The easiest one seems to be Aurumon+Orcamon OR Rinkmon+Raidramon.
Or there's also Gatomon+BlackGatomon, Kougamon+DarkLizardmon, or Meramon+Youkomon.
Any of the above will give you a Persiamon!
Next! You de-digivolve Persiamon!
AND BOOM! You got a Witchmon!
