Yo-ko Desin Slight Yo-ko Desin Slight Reworked, all moderate boosts now with 40 stamina per post cost at mastery. Character: Genzou, Zelkova Technique Name: Here's Tray Racer! He's here with your lunch~ Rank: E-S Type: Training/Taijutsu Description: Putting a little extra effort in you training never did any harm! Now put on those heavy training weights and get to work! Can only 'train' one rank of this every ninja rank after learning. Gives an increase in speed by a moderate amount per rank. Boosts stack.
Done yet? Good! Be careful with your new abilities though. Moving at immense speeds wear your body down fast though, expect your stamina diminishing by a certain amount (Stamina Cost : E10/D15/C20/B25/A30/S40) every post you do so.
No flavor text description : After training with increasingly heavy weights the body gains the ability to move at a state with moderately increased speed. Every rank retraining this technique adds another boost moderately increased speed to the state(up to S Rank). The drawback of this is the body wearing down faster while in such a state, costing E10/D15/C20/B25/A30/S40 stamina every post the user does so instead of the usual stamina costs. When it comes to covering distances with this technique, one can only cover 40m at most.
still need the actual description in this How's that? covers everything nice and short. ok, so now that we have that in their, i need a maximal distance. im assumin this is speed, in bursts, so your not looking for 10k instant transmission are you...cause thats denied XD im thinking closer to like 40m. your a blur when it takes a bad a** runner at a full sprint 4-5s for the same distance. what you say? my brilliant plan emo jk. xd Yes it's in bursts, like Shunshin but useable in combat and s**t. Anyway I added that bit already, but to clarify that's 40m at all ranks?

Character: Theodin Poe Technique Name: Chakra Golem Rank: E-S (Train as B rank?) Type: Ninjutsu/bloodline Element: Wind, Water, lightning, maruton, Hyouton, Ranton Description: Theodin utilizes his chakra and ninjutsu expertise in a unique and powerful way, breathing life and consciousness to elemental form. These forms can be considered in similar concept to clones, but can take many different shapes, sizes, and have more capabilities. Each rank allows the form to be larger or smaller, with a normal human size being at B rank, while doubling/halving with each rank. Each rank has an available pool to them equivalent to a ratio of theodin's chakra/stamina, with S rank being Theodin's full available pool while E being 1/32 of the available pool. The golem's are capable of any taijutsu/bukijutsu that theodin knows, their rank and lower, as well are capable of performing any elemental ninjutsu their rank and lower of their associated element in theodin's arsenal. All costs are drained right from theodin's pools. In order to defeat/disperse the golem, a technique of a same rank or higher must score a direct hit, or a jutsu of any rank to which the golem has an elemental weakness to. Maximal golem usage (number of golems that can be created) is based on the highest rank that theodin is using.
S=1, A=2, B=3, C=4, D=5, E=6
Because Theodin use a life-giving breath to create the golems, the golems come from his mouth, allowing to him to create them even if his hands are bound or otherwise occupied. Each golem can use two (2) activations per post. Technique uses two (2) custom slots

Im guessing that the golem usage is the limitations a rank, like the maximal number of golems you ca have out at once? add in a clause that says that each golem can only use 2 activations a post,and the tech counts as 2 custom slots and your golden

Yo-ko Valbjorn Character: Theodin Poe Technique Name: Elemental Shaman Rank: E - S Type: Ninjutsu/ Bloodline Element: Raiton, Fuuton, Suiton, Hyouton, Ranton, Maruton Description: Using his skill in chakra nature manipulation, Theodin is capable of changing any elemental jutsu he knows to a different one of his capability, allowing it to maintain the same description albeit different elemental effects. Performing this alteration adds -1 rank of chakra cost to the needed technique. (1.5x chakra cost)
how would the elemental effects be edited from jutsu to jutsu? Maybe an example? Easiest example I can think of off the top of my head, changing lightning beam to wind element would cause it to cut the target up pretty badly if it were a direct hit, but would have variable wind density, allowing it to still cut opponents within two feet of the main beam.
