 O w l t a l o n“Belief is not a matter of choice, but of conviction.”______________________________[Standing upon the Highbranch, Owltalon's golden eyes watched the newcomer save, only to kill, Doveflight. His fluffy tail curled upwards, interest, anger, and distrust welling up within him. The massive white tom leaped from one branch to another before landing softly onto the ground. He stalked up to the she-cat, glancing once at Doveflight's body as he approached, his head high, eyes staring down upon her.]
“You made it quite obvious that you and Doveflight knew each other. State your name.”
[Owltalon meowed in his typical monotone. How would she react, he wondered. The she-cat was a formidable warrior, he could tell that much, and a resourceful one. All the same, he eyed Rosewind, hoping that she was coping well with all the deaths in the camp.
That totalled three. Willowstar, Berryblaze, and Doveflight. How could BreezeClan survive within a leader or medicine cat? With a subtle jolt, he realized that he'd just been on the Wind Tree, and was now speaking to the newcomer like Willowstar always would. Perhaps he could lead BreezeClan until Galespirit returned...]________________________ . .

 C l o v e r p a w“Fail with honor rather than succeed by fraud.”_____________________________[Cloverpaw winced upon the sight of his dead mother. He glanced back at Spadekit and Dicekit. The were too preoccupied with the newcomer, as opposed to the dead queen. Cloverpaw snorted. Exactly the kind of reaction he'd predicted would come from them. He sighed heavy, looking at Mapleleaf with sorrowful eyes before padding up to his mother's corpse. He softly layed down beside her, ignoring the sharp rock that portuded from her back, and pressed his nose into her white scruff.]
No one else may, but I'll miss you, mother, for I am one of the few who will remember you as you were before the Madness, before the haunting of Dicekit...May StarClan, or the Dark Forest, welcome you, Doveflight. Rest in peace...
[A ripple of whispers and mews came from the BreezeClan cats. Half were of the new she-cat, half of Cloverpaw's loving gesture to his deceased moster of a mother.
With that, Cloverpaw stood up and padded back to his mentor, standing beside Mapleleaf with hard, dark eyes as he gazed upon the new she-cat and Owltalon. Yes, he hated his mother. Yes, he would've never forgiven her for hurting Dicekit and Spadekit. But in the end, she was the cat that gave him life. For that, and only that, he was grateful.]_________________________

[Looking up from Dewburst, she gasped as the unknown she-cat killed Doveflight]
"You stay here. Ok, Dewburst? We'll go exploring in a minute"
[Praying he would stay there, she walked closer to Owltalon and the she-cat, wanting to be close in case anything happened]

Even after my mirror's been shattered... Dicekit+++++++++++++++++++++++++ [Dicekit urged herself to get to her paws, but winced terribly. The pain from her mother's bite wound still left her on the ground. The tabby looked up at Owltalon.] "My name is Cometstream. I did know Doveflight...before she turned into this." [Cometstream sighed.] "Back then, she saved a leader's life...but things like that don't last. I suppose none of you would remember, but Dewstar was a great leader. She's been hanging around this small one here." [cometstream flicked her tail towards Dicekit.] "Great leader, in the long run." [The tabby lifted up her paw and licked some blood off of it.] "I'd be glad to tell you more." [Dicekit stiffened. This cat knew the dark spirit! Dewstar. She looked at her mother, and felt a pang of guilt, knowing the hero Doveflight had been seasons ago. She weakly nudged Spadekit to her paws, and attempted to get up. Cometstream noticed this, and padded over, picking them both up by the scruffs and placing them next to their brother.] "Now, i want you three to forget the mother you knew a little while ago. I want you to remember the kind, gentle, heroic mother you had. How she saved a leader's life, and led the clan as deputy better than many a cat has ever seen." [Cometstream nodded her head to them and leaned over, shutting Doveflight's cold, panicked eyes.]
...I still see the reflection.

[She didn't trust this cat, and her flattened ears could've easily told any cat that]

[Icepaw woke up slowly after being knocked out for so long. She looked around, feeling the bloodlust hit her like a speeding bullet. She looked around the camp at the others, foam coming out of her mouth. She let out a loud cry and then charged at Cometstream with her claws out and her eyes wide with bloodlust.]
(One thing to keep in mind, don't kill Icepaw. She's infected, but she's been knocked out until now when she woke up.)

He flicked his tail at some of the other warriors to flatten their pelts and drag the bodies of Willowstar and Berryblaze together for the others to mourn over, while Doveflight's body was left pinned beneath the rock. He decided that he and the other warriors would figure out a way to loosen the rock later on. Right now, they had to figure out this Cometstream...
The white tom blinked, eyes raising to the sky, then back to Cometstream.]
“Ah, Dewstar...I remember her well. She was leader when I was brought into BreezeClan as a kit. She was a fine leader, honorable, brave...But she had a twisted heart...All the same, where you part of BreezeClan before, Cometstream? And if so, why had you left?”
[Owltalon blinked at Birdsong, silently apologizing for cutting her off, but he wanted to question Cometstream without aggravating her. StarClan knew that she too could be insane.
But then, Icepaw roused, yowling with rage, frothing at the mouth. She pelted for Cometstream, claws unsheathed and bloodlust gleaming in her eyes. Owltalon didn't flinch. This would be a little test for Cometstream; he'd see if she would knock-out or kill the apprentice for her own protection, or the Clan's.]________________________..

I might be easy to fall for...
Jaywing stood, rooted to the ground. All that had occurred, still fresh and racing through his mind. Willowstar was dead. Berryblaze's masculine, limp body shadowed the earth. And Doveflight was on her way to the Dark Forest most likely. Three cats dead. Three. And this new cat, Cometstream, came out of nowhere, and she's speaking as though she's been here forever.
...but I need someone to knock me head over heels.

He didn't trust nor distrust the new cat, but was simply...wary of the dangers that could come of her. After all, she'd just killed his mother, which impressed, angered, and shocked Cloverpaw altogether. Though, he was intrigued by the way she spoke of Doveflight. Obviously, Cometstream regarded his mother very highly as the great deputy that she once was. Cloverpaw watched as she closed his mother's eyes. A simple gesture, yet so symbolic. The young tabby tom couldn't help but feel a pang of misery. Now, he and his littermates had no parents. Of course, he still had his sisters. They still had each other. That was all that mattered.
He hissed almost inaudibly as Cometstream spoke of the Dark Forest cat Dewstar, former leader of BreezeClan. He didn't want to hear anything of that fox-hearted, demented liar. She'd spoiled his family far enough.
Cloverpaw snapped his head towards Icepaw as she charged for Cometstream. He pressed closer to Spadekit and Dicekit as she neared the tabby she-cat, yowling with all the bloodlust of the Madness. He was shocked to see Owltalon not doing anything to stop her, but Cloverpaw himself wouldn't help, even though he wanted to. Cometstream was strong enough to take on Doveflight and killed her; she'd have no trouble in dealing with Icepaw.]_________________________

[Birdsong left out a soft hiss. She didn't trust this cat. There was something off about her. Shaking her head, she padded over to Willowstar, nosing her fur. You were a great leader. We will never forget you. Emotion choked her, but she still dragged the body out into the middle of the clearing, her head bowed]

Jaywing blinked to life, awake from the shock. He shook his head and glanced around. Cloverpaw pressed closer to his wounded siblings. Owltalon stood calmly next to this the strange cat, who was about to be bowled over by an infected medicine cat apprentice . Birdsong had carefully picked up Willowstar's body. He ran over to her, "Do you need some help?" He asked gently, sensing her fragile heart about to break. This is Rosewind's sister, he thought. Mousedung! Why didn't I win Rosewind's heart? I'm much better looking than Owltalon.
...but I need someone to knock me head over heels.
