Spirit Cleaving Ritual...
Splitting souls...
Lucinda let out a yelp and fell by her fiancee's side.
"ALFRED?!" She cried, putting her hands up on his shoulders.
"s**t, now what are we dealing with?" Mercutio hissed as he stepped forward.
"I'VE GOT IT!" Vito suddenly shouted, looking up with wide-eyes.
"The Spirit Cleaving Ritual has been performed before in this area! Twice, to be exact! It was used to give a Weavile named Hikaru, who is Nico's mother, her own life! And it was used to get rid of an alter-ego Leon once had! Both rituals were performed by the same Pokemon, and I believe she is still alive. I've heard rumors of a particular ghost that haunts one of your corridors, and I'm utterly convinced it's her!"

 TolinTolin considered it for a moment. The Spirit Cleaving ritual? He didn't know much about it, though he'd heard of it in the past. " It might work. Certainly, it's much safer than killing him, though it still carries risks. If the ritual is interrupted, we might end up pulling him out just to have him take over. Well..." Tolin chuckled. " I suppose it's preferable to killing him." Tolin glanced at Alfred as he collapsed. Ah, s**t. Well, let's take the time we have... " Orion. There's one remnant of Alfred's memories we've been able to grasp. 'Born in flames, sealed in waves'... Does it bear any significance to you?"

Orion watched the scene with seemingly no interest at all. At Tolin's next question he smiled as though preparing to answer it and then began to chase his tail in maddening circles until he fell over. Once on the ground, the old Espeon began to mewl loudly for no apparent reason.
So much for him being coherent. What rotten timing.
Solaris slipped up next to Lucinda in concern, wondering what had just caused the Gardevoir to lose consciousness like that.
Alfred's eyes were still slightly opened, though they had once more changed color and were black with the green slit pupils as they had been when he was in the God of Destruction's form.
Was Suecra perhaps angry that they had found a way to remove him and lock him away?
Was the anti-Arceus able to hear them?
"You wont win, you know." The Espeon chanced saying, and was quite surprised when Alfred sat up and casually smiled.
"You think so?"
Solaris jumped back, grabbing the edge of Lucinda's dress to drag her with him.
Alfred seemed normal, but his eyes...his eyes were giving off that sinister glow from before.
Solaris felt his fur prickle in slight terror. Holy hells, if Suecra was able to take control like that....they were proper ********, what now?" Selena hissed, hackles bristling.

It was her brother who foolishly stepped forward, looking down at the God of Destruction.
"You've lost, Suecra. You've been destined to a life of misery and torture!" Mercutio hissed.
"Get back, you ******** fool!" Vito yelled at the Gallade.
"You're finished..."

Tolin God dammit, really? He just had to choose then to go senile...? Ah well, there's more important things to deal with. Like Suecra taking over Alfred's body. " I'll kill you myself if I have to, old man. You may be a god, but so long as you're constrained to Alfred you're far too weak." As long as he stayed in the Gardevoir, it didn't matter how much negative energy he could channel. He was still limited by the physical capabilities of his vessel. ((Edit: Okay, so I have net here. Unfortunately, it's so godawful it takes a significant period of time to load a single, simple page... That being said, my laptop is also eating amazing amounts of power (full battery, only 2-1/2 hours left with nothing but firefox up) so I won't be on idling at all. I'll be back on probably 8:00 PM~9:00 PM to finish up any roleplaying needed~))

'Alfred' quirked a brow in amusement and smiled at the Gallade.
"Finished? No. I've only just begun." He stepped back, arms folded behind his back and snickered.
"And whose to say I'm weak? I'm the strongest I've been in centuries. I've the perfect host,compliments of that Mewtwo. I might let him live as a thank you when I obliterate the entire world."
"Perfect host?" Solaris asked, stepping away and nearly tripping over Orion who had taken that time to roll around in circles.
"...this one was specifically picked for me. Everything was planned right down to moment of death by...whatever his name is. The Mewtwo. He taught him transform so I may change to may true self, gave him this necklace so I can more easily take over. This is the first time in a long time that I've been so close to my revenge. I will not let you...TAKE. IT. FROM. ME."
The Gardevoir growled, raising a hand and forming what at first looked like a Shadow Ball, but it was green and the edges crackled with an oddly familiar aura. The same glow that emitted from Reverse World portals, pulsed around the sphere.
With a snarl he threw it forward at the Gallade and then turned, preparing to teleport when he froze, wincing and crumpled to his knees. The green glow from those eyes faded back to their usual milky emerald shade and the psychic slumped to the floor.
"Teach you to disrespect your elders, Gardevoir."
Orion cackled and it suddenly became clear that he had used Imprison, locking away the God of Destruction's mind and enforcing the psychic barrier that kept him contained.

Vito---&--- Lucinda---&--- MercutioMercutio lifted his arms to block the attack, but was far too late.
It collided hard, sending him flying back into a wall.
Knocked out cold, the Gallade feel forward onto his face.
"Mercy!" Lucinda cried.
Vito stood there with his arms crossed.
"This is why I hate Psychic s**t. I'm so glad to be a Dark type," The Weavile muttered.
"Get him to the Haunted Corridor and ask for Messina. She'll know what to do about the Cleaving Ritual."

Tolin " I'll go do a bit of research, then. I'm curious about a few things." Tolin glanced briefly at the Gardevoir before nodding and turning to leave. " Good evening, then. Solaris, Selena, Orion, I bid you good luck. For all our sake's." Tolin then left~

Selena grumbled as her brother gave her a look that clearly asked her to be the one to do it.
"Later. I'm not dragging him down there like this. Wait til he wakes up."
The Espeon nodded and then bid farewell to Tolin before turning to Vito.
"I need to get some air. I'll be back later." With that he vanished in a teleport, leaving his grandfather behind.
The old Espeon smiled pleasantly and nudged the fallen Gallade with a paw.
"Ouch, that'll smart for a while. But he should be fine. As the Scyther stated, Suecra is not at full power. This attack was fairly weak."
The Umbreon leaned forward and grabbed Orion by his tails to tug him along with her.
She motioned to some nearby nurses to move the two Ralts evolution to rooms.
With that she made her own exit, dragging her senile grandfather with her.

  Suki & FrostA lone Mismagius floated into the hospital, an unconscious, blue Growlithe resting in her arms.
The Ghost had deep bite wounds all over her body from the fangs of Mightyena, but somehow she was managing to stay upright.
The Growlithe, on the other hand, bore no real injuries but for a swollen, bleeding gash on his head; clearly what had knocked him out in the first place.
Suki settled down onto the floor, breathing heavily with the effort to keep herself and Frost floating.

 DokuThere were nurses and doctors running all around the hospital, helping many Pokemon who had been injured in the war.
Doku was pawing around frantically, his head wrapped with bandages.
The Eevee caught sight of Suki and ran over to the Mismagius.
"Suki! Oh man, Frost..."
He stared at the Growlithe, feeling so sorry for the poor kid.
Then, he remembered why he was so worried.
"Where's Zori?! Is she out there?! Is she hurt?!" Doku cried.

Suki & FrostSuki nodded, dazed. She smiled weakly at the young, violet Eevee as a nurse relieved her of Frost, wheeling the Growlithe away. She heard one of the nurses vaguely reassure her of Frost's condition; that he'd be fine, and nodded again.
Another nurse hurriedly began tending to her bite wounds, but didn't move her so that she could continue to speak with Doku. They were out of the way, anyway.
"Zori's fine, though you might be a little surprised next time you run into her." Pride flashed through the Mismagius' eyes as she recalled the evolution of her partner.
Turning to the nurse that was tending to her, she blinked. "Am I fit to go back and fight?" She asked, feeling guilty about the idea of not helping her team further.
"You'll need some rest, first." The nurse replied firmly.

DokuDoku looked around nervously.
"You have to let me go fight!" He exclaimed to a nurse.
The Pokemon shook her head.
"You're in no condition to leave, I'm sorry."
Doku had undergone more damage than they had thought.
Smashing his head on the bed frame, he had slightly fractured his skull.
"But I have to! I can't let Zori fight alone out there!" The Eevee cried.

SukiSuki glanced at the violet Eevee.
"Zori's my partner; I know her well enough to know that she'll be okay, Doku." She murmured, although not fully convinced herself. That battle was brutal.
The nurse lifted Suki up onto the bench in the hallway, and motioned silently that she'd be in the other room if she was needed.
Suki just nodded again, sighing softly. "I mean... She's sticking to the strong opponents, but she's not stupid about it. It's not like she's going after Teacher himself."

DokuSome of the color faded from Doku's face.
"T-... Teacher's there?!" He cried.
That meant Zori was in real danger.
"I CAN'T LET HER DIE OUT THERE! You have to help me get out of here!"
