Though the mirror wasn't clear in its image, Hermes noticed the scurrying of guards in Troy and the apparent translucentness of herself and announced. "She appears to be on the run." He then looked to the other gods, who then inspected the mirror, then turned to face his father. "Father, with your permission, I would ask that I could help her escape Troy."

Artemis nodded her head. "That would be a good idea father and then after Hermes has helped her escape we could return the Faun to her and not worry about keeping him here on Olympus and worry about him getting into trouble with some of your less friendly children."

Zeus did not immediately reply. He could not see any faults with Hermes' plan at the moment, but there was the strange doubt that he had overlooked something. With a stern face, Zeus said, "Very well. You may assist with her escape."

"Hold the mirror still, Apollo." Hermes said, "I'm going to possess the nearest guard.." Using the mirror to scour the nearby area in Troy, he saw an oppurtunity too golden to miss. There was a guard just a few yards away from where Delilah was hidden. He was looking the other way, was by himself, and was far away from the other guards. Perfect. Launching his mental powers into the mirror, Hermes possessed the man.
Delilah was startled by the noise There was a man, several feet away from her and he looked like he was having a seizure. After a long bout of what she perceived to be wrestling with himself, The man barked once and his head fell down.
The man that he had possessed was called Damon. Hermes-Damon blinked twice, unsure that he had full control over the body that he had possessed. He examined his hand, turning it over as he examined it. "Lllaaa la la fa fa fa..." Vocal control was good. There was a strange beating in his chest. Hermes-Damon found it ominous. Then he realised. That was what, it was like to be mortal. That, was what it was, to be Damon.
The man was crazy! Delilah tried to move as quietly away from the man before he saw her.
Hermes-Damon turned his head. He was tempted to make himself do some star-jumps, but as he remembered the importance of the mission, he forced himself to resist. "Delilah?" He asked, looking towards the place where Delilah had been. "Delilah of Romania, Mother of Arwa, are you there?"
Delilah's first thought was summarised by the two words- Holy. Crap. She blinked in surprise and carefully made her face visible. "Who speaks?"

Mandeep was swiftly drawn back to Troy. Transforming his mental self into that of a visual owl, he tirelessly flew over Troy, drawn to the source of the unusual psychic activity. He instinctively felt in his bones that the woman that had escaped would be found at the source of this power, and he would find a way to escape his Trojan imprisonment when he found the woman.

"Damon, is there anything wrong?" shouted a voice over in the distance. Hermes-Damon looked behind himself. "Yeah. Just taking a leak!" he shouted in response. "You should've done that earlier, Damon." shouted the voice. "Make sure that harpy doesn't tear your balls off while you're taking a leak, Damon!" shouted another vulgar voice. "Yeah..." Hermes-Damon shouted in agreement. He looked at Delilah. "It's me. Hermes."
Delilah looked squarely at the man. "I don't know you.", she started to make her face translucent.
"Yes you do!" hissed Hermes-Damon. "I sent you towards Troy to get those sheep for Pan!"
Delilah's face went opaque with surprise, then slowly reclaimed its translucency. "Could easily have been someone else." Delilah moved to another place, that was shadowy and not near in a clear light source.
Hermes-Damon took a breath to calm himself. "I was in the camp earlier today.. In disguise."
Delilah's eyebrows raised.
"As Stratios."
"WHAT?" hissed Delilah, her top half of her body becoming fully visible. "You..... You b*****d! How could you say such things about Rhaskos?"
Hermes-Damon was getting angry, he wanted to punch the woman for her insult.
"Damon! Are you alright?" the first voice shouted out.
Hermes-Damon put his mouth over Delilah's mouth, and shouted back, "Yes! I just got surprised... by a cat." "A cat? You idiot!" "Somebody send Damon off duty!" shouted a third voice. "It's alright. It's gone." Hermes-Damon shouted back.
As they left to look around the other parts of Troy, Hermes-Damon released his grasp of Delilah's mouth. "Now listen here. It's not the place to be arguing about who said what and for whatever reasons. I'm here to get you out of here."
Delilah glared at him. "You're helping me?" she chuckled quietly. "I was doing fine before you came here."
"Yeah?" Hermes-Damon said, staring into her face. "Look over there." he gestured over to the stables. A very large sleeping dog covered in scars was blocking the narrow passage that Delilah had wanted to go through. "How would you have got past him?" Before Delilah could reply, Hermes-Damon continued. "And what about all those guards? What would you have done then?"
"Alright. I'll admit it, I need your help. But just keep your voice down loudgob!" Delilah hissed quietly, then she calmed herself. "Sorry." Then, "So what do we have to work with? Anyone other than yourself? Have you got a plan of action sorted out?"

Artemis was watching Hermes argue with Delilah through the mortal he had possessed. She glanced over at the faun from her position of leaning against Apollo so she could look over his shoulder at the mirror. "Your mother is a very stubborn woman Arwa."

"I don't know." Hermes-Damon said. "What?" hissed Delilah, as she pushed Hermes-Damon out of view. "I don't know, yet." Hermes-Damon admitted. Delilah harrumphed, arms crossed. "Of all the gods I could have got stuck with, I got stuck you. Aren't you the god of bright ideas?" Hermes-Damon turned away from her, pretending to ignore her. "Hey, I've got a plan." Delilah said. Hermes-Damon turned his head and whispered, "Yeah?" "Just try to blend in and try to cover my exit." Delilah said. "Great plan." Hermes-Damon smiled. "How do I do that?" "Easy." Delilah smiled and then she shoved him out into the courtyard.

Artemis started snickering when she watched the guard her brother was possessing get shoved in the middle of the courtyard. Apollo wasn't much better. It was all he could do to hold the mirror steady and not collapse laughing. "Oh we like her." Artemis muttered to the Faun. It was always fun to watch someone knock Hermes down a peg or two. The green haired young woman did it better by ignoring him almost completely but this was almost as good.

When Hermes-Damon was pushed into the courtyard, he landed on his front, arms held out to protect his fall. "You alright, Damon?" asked a nearby voice, a man, who offered him a hand, "Yeah, just tripped over a pot, Gregory." Hermes-Damon said as he pulled himself up. "My name is Jason." "Curses. You all look the same in this half-light."
Delilah watched as Hermes-Damon played the part of understudy in her debut part in the play 'Escape from Troy'. It was no use going translucent. She'd be unable to use that ability as she had used up the limited times to make her cells go translucent. She looked up at the sky- it was night- the hours were just threading their way to the dawn and the sky was a damson purple. Delilah saw a ragged blanket used as a training saddle just a few metres away from her position, in the stables, near four sleeping horses. She climbed over to reach it, knocking over a pot in the process.
"Who's there?" shouted Jason, the man that Hermes-Damon was with. Delilah quickly made the meowing cry of a scared cat. "Just a Cat, Jason." Hermes-Damon said, leading his 'friend' away.
Delilah draped the blanket over herself and kept mostly to the shadows of the stables, like a giant moth. She would wait out it here, eager to make her escape when she could.

Artemis shook her head in amusement as she traded glances with Apollo. These people were going to drive Hermes insane by the time they finally left and went back to wherever it was they came from and she and Apollo would enjoy every minute of it. "Arwa your mother is going to drive Hermes to insanity by the time this escape attempt is finished."

"It means drive him very very crazy." Artemis replied before her brother could say anything. There was always the chance he might decide the faun needed to be educated and she didn't feel like listening to one of her twin's lecture's at the moment.

Whilst Delilah was hidden from view, She began to be aware that she was being watched. Cautiously, she looked around herself, careful to not expose her whereabouts too much. Delilah scuttled towards the wall of the stable on all fours. Propping herself up against the wall, she looked out, the top half of her face only visible as she saw- no persons were watching her. Taking a moment to analyse the escape route, Delilah saw that it was too crowded by guards to make an easy escape. Hopefully the moment of inspiration that would guide her to make a successful escape from Troy would be not long in coming.
Arwa watched his mother on the mirror and put his hands on the gazing body of Hermes. "Is my mother going to be alright?"
Hermes-Damon jolted like he had been stabbed with a spear. "Don't do that!" he shouted angrily. "Do what, Damon?" asked Jason. He was puzzled by his friend's erratic behaviour. "I thought I saw something over there- by Stephen." Hermes-Damon pointed over to another guard by the gate. "That's Linus." said an exasperated and confused Jason as they walked over to Linus.

Zeus was interested on what was being depicted on the mirror. The woman shown was very pretty. He took it upon himself to create a distraction to help her in her time of need hopeful that it would be reciprocated. Throwing one of his thunderbolts with his mighty hand, he aimed it towards his temple. Not intending to destroy it totally, Zeus had created a large fire which would soon get out of control. Hopefully it was a great distraction.
Mandeep's Psychic Owl-form was following the strange man that walked with a guard. There was a large amount of psychic energy that radiated from one of the guards. Perhaps the guard was the woman in disguise. He ignored the large blaze in the distance and the cry from the man to stop the fire getting out of control and he started to take a long swooping dive, Mandeep's Owl form flew straight at the man with all of his psychic might.
