"Hmph. Now you know why I wouldn't just lay down and die when you came after me." Nash scowled at the door, angry at it for being in his way. "She wants me for her puppet too. I'm inclined to say no." he flicked a look at Batosai again "We can't go back to friends. You know that and so do I. But we can be allies against her for a short time." he didn't trust Batosai anymore and probably would never trust him like he had when the two were younger. Nash wasn't sure what to think about Batosai anymore "A short time..."

I thought you were still living in this village." Batosai said without returning Nash's gaze. "I'm sorry, but unlike you I don't have a bed to got back to, a roof over my head, or a village to call home. No one pays me a pension for serving a village. I don't have the luxury of turning down a contract like the one your sister gave me." He said in professional tone. It was true, the contract she had offered him would have had Batosai set for almost two years.

"Did you know this isn't mine?" Nash touched the head band absently "I don't have a home either, you know. Chessa never lied...I did murder those people. Without thought, without regret." his hand dropped and he took a deep breath "I forced myself into exile. You caught me on a rare visit to Snow...I hadn't been there in years." he slipped his hands in his pockets, still staring at the door. "The village felt I was a liability because of the episodes. The only reason they let me live is because I got out of there before they could find me." he had a bag over his shoulder and sighed again, looking at Batosai "If all you wanted was money, I have enough. I never spent any of what I earned working for Snow. Never had a chance too." Nash turned now to face Batosai "Chessa is in this village but its hard for me to get to her. I need to know anything you know about her." his eyes were cold and intelligent, a frigid demand for knowledge.

I got you here, with her, that's all I'm doing." Batosai said, giving Nash a look that told him he thought the vengeful nin was out of his mind.

Nash looked away form Batosai, focusing on the door once more "She started all this. The moment she attacked me the first time, I knew she wasn't going to stop." he still had his hands deep in his pockets, looking straight at the door "I don't understand why people keep telling me that. That I'm crazy to try and hurt my sister. We're related by blood and thats as close as we can be right now. She's made it clear that she hates me and she'll stop at nothing to kill me. She sent you after me." He turned now and walked past Batosai, moving away from the office door before he paused "There is going to be a fight between us. She won't let me just walk up, tell her to stop and leave." he glanced back at Batosai "If all you wanted to do was get me here, why did you come here? You could have left...why didn't you?" he asked, curiously.

------"You both started it. You freaked out and lost control and she handled it the exact wrong way. It's so damn stupid, what you are doing. I hoped that I could at least make one of you reconsider. Obviously not. But you can go on, go regret what you are about to do for the rest of your life, at least I won't have the fact that I didn't try to stop it hanging over my head." Batosai said as he began to leave. He brushed past Nash rather roughly and left the building. He could feel his mouth begin to seal up again. Has it been 2 months already? He thought to himself as he grimaced and disappeared into the residential district.

Nash watched Batosai leave, not replying. He didn't have a response to that statement and didn't want to. After a moment, Nash left the building and headed the opposite way of Batosai, moving towards the forest.

He asked her wondering as the chunnin fixed his black headband and moved to jump up on the hokage's desk and then bend down to be eye level with her.

He jumped off the top of the desk and stood there. He smiled a bit as his blond hair fall down over his face. The giant summoning scroll behind his back showed now. "Well I'm bored."

"Ge' off." Akito appeared out of no where. O.k. Out of the floorboard behind his table, but he did so silently. He seemed... weak, but had enough strength to perform jutsu. His tone suggested he was tired, both physically and of the B.S. his people seemed to be starting. "Naruto, please show James respect. She's been with the village for as long as I have... or was it longer? Can't seem to remember, but I might just give her permission to defend herself if you harass her again." He grinned weakly.
"I've added a new a new member to your squad, Flame. Her name's Aiko Hyuuga Okazi. She'll be your medic for Flame, though she is just a Gennin. It's about time I've told you what your squad will do." He wasn't sure if Aiko was in the room or now; he couldn't hear her at all if she was. "Flame is the first of a new squad set-up. An Advanced team, if you would. Your jobs and orders will be slightly more invloved than those of the common Jounin, three Gennin squad. Your tasks will vary, from simple escort missions, information gathering, or more difficult stuff like VIP marking and red-flag target elimination.; a less negative way to say frontline assassination."
He waited a moment to let what he said sink in. "For now, it will just be the three of you. I'm hoping to find a forth that isn't already within a different squad, unless you have any suggestions, James?"

(You may want to resummon Tenichi to finish his training, he kinda skipped off with all the chaos, use a Kuchiyose and he will appear.)
