Hinote Tosatsu @Hikaro: A very good point. Change it so it specifies that the bug that received the information has to return, otherwise you'll have people having bugs that were nowhere near the event in question coming back to report on things they'd never seen... Hmm, that was how It was intended to work, I guess "at least one bug must return" might not be direct enough. I'm sure someone would probably try to pull that. Edited Do you think it would be alright to leave it at no chakra cost? it is a really simple jutsu, and I can't think of any way a chakra cost would make sense. Hinote Tosatsu Continued ...Also, an idea for another technique you might like. Information relay, where the bugs create a chain of sorts between you and the spied on location, and deliver a constant relay of information... You mean like Hive Mind should have been? I'm not entirely sure how to write something like that up. I'll put it as a to do in my jutsu list. I have more already written up that should be coming soon, I'm just releasing them in manageable bundles. Any other ideas feel free to pm me and I'll write them up, Jutsu are fun to write. Are you leaving these for Wood to finish approving then?

Description: Being able to manipulate their bones, the Kaguya can form several different ways to harm an opponent. This one, was developed by the third Tsuchikage, also the current head of the Kaguya, Kiyoko, when she was just a kid. Instead of wasting a lot of chakra with long or big weapons, this taijutsu simply creates small bone spikes, like rose thorns, anywhere over the body of the user. The number of spikes is limited to 10, being at most 2 inches long. Even though they are small, these spikes are as dangerous as real weapons such as kunais, allowing the user to easily stab opponents with them.

A few months ago, before an earthquake happened at Iwagakure. The current Head of the Kaguya, walked around the training grounds of the clan. She noticed there was a small boy training with a dummy. He was all alone, and he wanted to become stronger so his attacks would be powerful, so he could protect himself when danger arrives. His determination caught Kiyoko's attention, so she decided to help him a bit. She knew that physical strength was indeed important, but it wasn't something he would be able to increase quickly. Her words were calm and direct. She asked him if he wanted to find another way to make his attacks more powerful, even if it doesn't mean he will become physically stronger. The boy hesitated for some time, thought it but came to a conclusion, if training his body would take a long time, and he could become a bit stronger right now, of course he would accept it.
The kunoichi walked towards a training bag there was in the dojo, and looked back at the boy. "Just look. Remember, you are a Kaguya, you have more than just your bare hands." she told him and showed her left hand to him. "Bone Thorns." she said as a few small spikes grew around her hand. She closed her hand, and showed how the spikes surrounded her fist. With a single punch, she was able to create several small holes on the punching bag. "Do you want to learn this trick?" she asked him. The boy had never thought of such a thing, he wasn't able to control properly the powers of his bloodline, but something so simple wasn't hard for him to do. The boy gave it a try, but as he wasn't that skilled he wasn't able to create many spikes, just around 4 or 5. But it was enough to make him believe he was stronger. He punched the same punching bag Kiyoko had used before. There was sand leaking already but he didn't care and attacked. As his fist touched the punching bag, the spikes pierced through it, creating a few holes just like the kunoichi did.
Kiyoko could see how happy the boy was, even though the technique wasn't that strong, it was enough for him. As he continued to train that technique, Kiyoko left the dojo, it was late already, and as the kage, she had a lot to do...

Once afflicted, everytime you move your head, all the colors shift continually until your vision stops moving. It literally makes you see rainbows. For a epileptic this spells doom. It will cause you to think everything is from a bad 70's sitcom.

Jin and Taki felt like making his students upset, so Taki began to do handseals. Immediately, the youths would begin to see every color of the rainbow afflicting their vision, red then orange then yellow then green then blue then indigo then violet constantly everytime they moved their vision.

There is no "reviewing the hyuga style" and then being able release chakra from your finger tips like the gentle fist style. If you were a Hyuga it would be different, but your not. Not to mention it doesn't go away, which overtime chakra fades even the hyuga gentle fist attack effects fade away.

Think of it like a venom. Even no matter how long it is in you, venom never leaves the system until you recieve antibiotics for it. It distills in the system, but never leaves.
That is the exact chakra nature of Sonji, because he is a Naga, his chakra is like a snake's venom. If he were to hit you with it, it'd just distill and spread.

That is the exact chakra nature of Sonji, because he is a Naga, his chakra is like a snake's venom. If he were to hit you with it, it'd just distill and spread. You can release venom yes, but your chakra doesn't act like venom. Venom and chakra two different things

It chakra, not poison, if you want to try and put poison on people like this then you can. But you can't have chakra spread and stay there like poison and be unable to be removed unless by a Medical Ninja or unable to disappear at all. Not to mention you add a jutsu that lets you control there dreams with it...

Yes, because poison and venom are the exact same thing... No, they aren't. Poison must be ingested, venom is injected. Just thought I'd clear that up for everyone. Also, there is no poison in existence that allows you to infiltrate a person's dreams. That's kinda why it is a ninjutsu which defies almost all laws of physics.
Did I ever say control? I can edit things if I happen to be meditating to the point I can't move or respond to my environment and they happen to be asleep at the exact same time.
Also, I know that it isn't necessary... No, actually it is from a crew member, could you please use proper grammar? ( Your posts are actually giving me a slight headache, and making me quite content that a live in a hospital. )
But I really don't feel like going on anymore. But I do request another crew member's lookover, Namely Hinote Tosatsu. He seems to have a nice grasp on fair and unfair. Let's let him decide. He is after all your boss, as the head custom jutsu approver.

After reviewing it, I must deny this. Gentle fist is a taijutsu art that can only be attained through intense training in the Hyuuga clan secrets. One cannot learn to control their chakra into taijutsu attacks the way a Hyuuga does by observing how they fight. Jyuuken is an entire taijutsu style that does not even apply the chakra enhanced taijutsu until it's fourth stage, so being able to replicate it by watching a Hyuuga fight (I wont even get into the argument on HOW you would get a Hyuuga to allow you to analyze his techniques) is quite ludicrous.

Yes, because you are above even Hinote, and you are listed as a general moderator, and as a Vice captain. So you only definately answer to the Captain, and a majority of your fellow Vice captain.
Ok then. That is a very well described reason. And I honestly would just be an idiot if I tried to argue against that.
So If I were to find a different method for doing so, would it work? ( Such as it functioning the way a syringe works? I'd have to keep a hold of an opponent for a couple of seconds of course. )

Description: After watching many medical procedures the user learns to use their forearm to mimic the function of a syringe. The user focuses chakra into their arm and grasps the opponent. Then they slowly force their chakra out of their hand and into the opponent's body under their grasp. The chakra then spreads across the target's entire body, settling in a thin layer. It also takes a B rank's worth of chakra from the user. This process takes an entire post, and makes it so that the user can only respond to a single attack from the opponent afterward.
The chakra injected can not be detected, unless the opponent has a chakra seeing bloodline, and can not be removed unless by a chakra seeing medical shinobi of atleast B rank.
The effects of this technique makes the opponent feel whoozy ( One post ) for a short period, and then dizzy ( One Post ). ( Whoozy is where they are stumbling around, Dizzy they can walk, but not run. ) This allows the user to either make an escape and regroup, or just get some distance between them. This technique is used when close combat situations are a danger to the user.
Other than the above mentioned affects the attack does nothing else besides allow for a separate jutsu, Sonji's Genius: Dreamscape Contamination ( A Rank )
