Hoffman then looked down one end of the hallway, finding it empty, before looking down the other end, also empty.
"...I'm gonna turn a blind eye here..." He said, smirking a little.

Hoffman didn't reply. He was too busy staring at a warning sign on the wall on what to do in case of a Locust invasion. They had been issued everywhere since the Locust attacked the hospital a day before Gears were sent to Landdown.
