Okay, I need to vent. (And also have your input)
So I was talking to my friend yesterday and it somehow worked around to her saying that she didn't trust anyone. I asked her if that included me. Since we had been friends since grade eight I was sure it didn't.
She then told me that it did include me. That she didn't trust anyone at all.
I asked her why she thought she couldn't trust me since we had been friends for so long and that I've never done anything to make her not trust me in any way.
She said that it was because all of her friends eventually deserted her. That, for example, if she was fighting with another of my friends then I wouldn't stand with her.
This is a horrible bias to shove onto me. I told her as much.
She then walked away and won't talk to me.
I was so hurt. I can't remember a time when someone hurt me as much as that did.
Now she seems to be acting as if I was the one in the wrong.
What do you guys think?

Well, I don't know the extent of your relationship, but it sounds like your friends was being a tidge unreasonable...

I hate to say this Alan but it sounds like your friend has trust issues. I don't feel the exact way you do but I'm very upset with my best friend at the moment. Not two weeks ago she was bashing the Twilight series and now she wants to borrow New Moon from me. What really hurts is that while I"m worrying about my mom as the surgery gets closer she is more interested in borrowing my book than the fact that my mom will be having heart surgery soon and I'm worried about her. I had just gotten over her accusing my mom of telling everyone her business when she quit Nursing School and now this it really hurts me a lot because she's my BF you'd think even if she's mad at my mom she would be sympathetic to what I'm going through.
I'm going to lose all hope for any good X-men movies now and for Gambit and Rogue to get together. Disney is buying Marvel.

@Queen: That really sucks. There's always going to be a time in everyone's life where you find out who your friends are. This may be one of those moments for you.
I hope your mom does good with her surgery.
@Roki: She obviously was but she still didn't have to say that to me. I don't care if she thinks it. I just don't want to hear it. I've honestly given her no reason to behave so towards me.

Yeah we've been best friends since we were little but now all she seems to care about is getting married and having a baby. Alan don't kill your friend you'll miss her if you do that. Instead since you me and Roki seem to be on why don't we have a guild meeting?

ah guild meeting have fun you guys.
Al-ay, I understand that you are feeling like your friend has betrayed you, and you are right to feel that way, but know that if you are really best friends, things will fix themselves.
I think that she had just been let down, or betrayed, by someone she thought was very close. Though no one else would really do this, she probably feels that if that person did it, you guys might to, so if she lets you close you could hurt her.
My advice is to talk to her, tell her you are worried because she seems mad at you, tell her you are sorry if you did something wrong (even if you did not) and ask her if there is anything to do to make it better because you consider her your closest friend and to not want to ruin your relationship.

Wow, Alan. I may be late in replying, but....wow.
I've never had so close a bond, except with my sister.
It really really sucks that it happens. Your friend is an interesting case, since most people won't admit they don't trust people.....because they don't trust that person to still like them after they say they do not trust them Ugh, headache. Don't try to make sense of that.
I wish I could give you advice, too. cry

R0KI Queen-of-the-Rogue It's very fast but I like the beat and the video is hilarious! I also like the singing. All in all it's a fun song. I applaud you if you were able to sing it that fast. Japanese? It's in Swedish gonk

Actually you will recognize it because sweedish comes from the same root as the English language for instance lyric: Dansa med os, klappa era hander. translation: Dance with us, clap your hands. you have got to love the speedy cake remix. Do any of you have teachers who curse the creation of myspeace and youtube? Our school actually had those sites blocked. Gaia got blocked for a while along with FF.net they had a Barracuda webfilter but it caused to many problems so they took it down and all the students could access Myspace,youtube, and playlist. After I found playlist I stopped using cheats to get on yoututbe cause playlist would work just as well. Also I've locked the letter down.
