Being a sniper requires special training. I usually follow that route too, but I was asked to do a vanguard first. Poor Saren was so screwed.

I had a lot of trouble with him first time around. Second time, I had full biotic powers and I got his shield down no problem, then shot his face a few times. Hated his flying disc thing...

I brought Tali and Wrex. We took turns blasting his whimpy cybernetic a** with that shotgun/rocket launcher ability.
