Mitsukai (Angel) Kanji “Leslie, leave it alone. Their just friends, Mitsukai doesn’t have a boyfriend right now. If she wants to hug on her friends, she is allowed. Now leave her alone.” Mitsukai was shocked that Cory was standing up for her. After all, she had hurt him more than she should have. It was making her feel far worse. Maybe he should be criticizing her. In fact, he should be criticizing her! She had never hesitated to criticize him when he had hurt her. Nonetheless, he was being nice and sweet and so totally unfair! It would have made her feel slightly relived to her some s**t talking.
“Mitsukai, I don’t see why you gave up on Cory. He never gave up on you. He still has the picture y’all took at the fair on y’all first date in fourth grade. It’s in his new room, I saw it. He never had another special friend when he was in London. It was only you.” Ahh, there was the criticism she required. However, it was from the wrong person and just made her feel worse. Things were always cress cross than they should be. She had hurt Cory!
Wait… He still had that picture. Yeaa, life was not fair. She should have been with him forever. Things change though. “I’m sorry.” Mitsukai mouthed. She was feeling totally and completely pathetic. She wished she could just make things better. Now Leslie hated her and he was still holding on, like seriously holding on. When they left, she just put her hand in her hands. The feeling of despair was filling her completely. She leaned her head on Kyuubi’s shoulder and just focused on breathing in and out.
“I’m sorry about that. I know you don’t need that crap right now.” Mitsukai whispered. She wished that she could fix everything. Nevertheless, once you are useless, fixing things was hard. Instead of trying to fix everything like she should have been, she leaned her head on Kyuubi’s shoulder. It was the easy way out, but it was all she had the energy for. Sometimes life could be so darn difficult.

Is there somebody who still believes in love? I know you’re out there There’s got to be somebody I search around the world But I can’t seem to find Somebody to love Nikky Celeste DarlingNikky tensed up, figuring he got the wrong message. No way would she suggest that anyone here was better than his sister. "Normal? Really? There's no such thing as normal, and I would think you would know that." Nikky pulled her hands away from him. "Nothing is ever perfect either.." She pointed out. "And don't you realize, by not letting your mother in now, when she want's you back, you are hurting her." Her heart had steadied itself from the running by now, and she lost the urge to cry. That didn't man that her heart didn't hurt. She couldn't stand him putting himself down. "How would you know if your life would have been perfect, huh? For all you know your sister still would have died accidentally. Don't assume things would be better if something was different. Everything that happens in your past helps shape who you are, and you have to decide if you'll let it drag you down for forever, or learn from it. And don't take this like I'm glad that it happend, or that I think you're better off here. I'm just trying to give you some food for thought." She told him. She may be softspoken alot of times, but she did think on things on end, and when you did that, you realized some things. "You can't change the past, no matter what. You never know, you change one tiny thing, and the world is totally different, better or worse, but you don't know. Live in today, not the past, but that doesn't mean forget everything before today." She kissed him on the cheek before getting up. "It's up to you, though. I can't make you do anything...." Nikky dusted off her grass stained jeans. .

Joseph Douglas Jones Your superkalafragelisticexpialadociously cute Sweeter than a 12 pack of juicy fruit Surreal, but I know this isn't a dream We go good together just like coffee and cream Joseph listened to Nikky talk. She was single handily crushing every one of his stinking dreams in one conversation. She did not understand! She still had parents that loved and supported her. She didn’t go through s**t over her powers. She didn’t kill. She couldn’t understand true pain from powers. She didn’t know how he felt. She was just a lucky teen with powers. Watch, she’d end up getting a beautiful little sibling. Just show him how much better she was then him! That’s exactly what she’d do.
"How would you know if your life would have been perfect, huh? For all you know your sister still would have died accidentally. Don't assume things would be better if something was different. Everything that happens in your past helps shape who you are, and you have to decide if you'll let it drag you down for forever, or learn from it. And don't take this like I'm glad that it happened, or that I think you're better off here. I'm just trying to give you some food for thought."
Joseph was feeling himself get angrier. If it weren’t for his stupid curse his life would have been perfectly. His sister would not have died. She would be 11 now and alive and silly. She would have started 6th grade a couple of days ago. He’d have to watch over boys and be a big brother. That would be Joseph normal life! She couldn’t tell him that it wasn’t. She couldn’t just take his dreams and rip them apart.
She thought she was helping him? Well she wasn’t!
"You can't change the past, no matter what. You never know, you change one tiny thing, and the world is totally different, better or worse, but you don't know. Live in today, not the past, but that doesn't mean forget everything before today." Joseph listened as she finished her lecture. She then kissed him on the check trying to make everything better. A kiss couldn’t take back what she just said. It couldn’t take back anything. Joe got up as she did, no longer feeling pathetic. Nonetheless, he didn’t want to be by her.
He wanted to go off somewhere and never be found. That wasn’t going to happen though. It never would. He needed Mitsukai though. Wherever she was, he needed her. So Joe headed off, nodding to Nikky before he left. He needed someone who actually understood, and Nikky didn’t. No matter how sweet she is, this just wasn’t her place. It could have been, but she just wasn’t right for it. Would anyone ever be? The only one who ever seemingly understood was Mitsukai. That was only because of her power. He needed to be somewhere where people could calm him.

Is there somebody who still believes in love? I know you’re out there There’s got to be somebody I search around the world But I can’t seem to find Somebody to love Nikky Celeste DarlingNikky hadn't realized til she let her feet wander where the wanted that she had grown frustrated with Joe. His incessant need to down himself about what happened to his sister, to wish for something that couldn't happen, it frustrated her. He shouldn't have to think like that. She noted that her vision blurred, tears of frustration. She didn't care, she just kept walking. Before she knew it, she was in a cluster of trees, and her foot had sunk in a hole, twisting the wrong way and she fell. Nikky cried out in pain. She was sure no one had seen her, however, she wasn't that far into the woods, she could still see the cleared land that was part of the school's grounds, and could even see the school itself. However, she couldn't see anyone. She tried getting up, hands scratched up from trying to stop her fall. She managed to stand up, leaning against a tree for support, but in the process, her good foot slipped on a broken off tree branch and she fell again, this time she hit her head on something hard. Everything went black. .

Kyuubi put his arm around her. "I don't but I'll be here for you. You were one of my first friends I made here" He smiled at her. The water was still and calm. He was still surprised that Cory hadn't been harsh. He must have been crushed. He didn't need to think about that. He thought about Satori and how he needed to get rid of him for good. He was sure it would be peaceful from him for a while. The loss of the Mitsukai opposite would set them back. He didn't care right now though. He wanted to be with Mitsukai. He wanted to be with his friends. He just wanted to be away from all the responsibility that came with ruling his dimension.

Elle was killed.
It was a slow and horrible death. The pain filled her lungs, closing in on her and hurting her all over. She couldn’t stop him. The water silenced her pleas. Therefore she died. She drowned in rushing water. None of that mattered as much as who had killed her though. Her Brother had stripped way the last breath of life. She was only seven. None of that could be fixed she was gone.
Or so the world thought.
Elle was gifted. She was gifted like her brother. She was gifted like her mother. She was gifted like her father. Ellie found out her abilities when her sprit drifted from her body. She could give it life. But it was so tiny. Being a sprit matured you. You could finally sense what was happening in the world around you. There was no set time in the sprit world.
However, Ellie figured she was just a sprit at first. She drifted around, watching the world wonder. She wasn’t apart of it, she was just in it. Therefore, she just drifted around. Soon she was home, watching as her brother was in pain. She watched as he ran away. That was not acceptable. Ellie followed him.
Throughout Joseph’s life she followed him. She watched as he matured. She also watched her mother, learning about her powers. She even watched her dad, learning about his. There were so many secrets in this family. All because of her death.
Ellie wasn’t dead though. She was just bodiless. She couldn’t take over her true body because it was underground. She couldn’t dig herself out. She could not recover. She also didn’t want to become immature again. But she did find someone.
After one full year of wandering, she found someone dyeing on the streets. It was a teenager, only a year younger than Joseph. She looked just like Ellie always wanted to look like. Pale skin. Dark hair. Skinny. Ellie wanted to be her, take over her. Therefore, Ellie took over. She emerged into the body, taking over it’s soul. In a couple of hours, Elle’s new body was fully healed. She had become someone. Ellie soon started fiddling along. She quickly found a home and got to work. When Ellie was asleep, she discovered her power.
The body was never truly her own, so she could leave it. She would walk around at night, while her body had slept. She learned and she thrived. In this small town of Harbor Springs, she had made a successful life. She took over bodies to make her money. She did fairly well for four full years. She could switch identities perfectly. She’d walk to Joe’s school and watch him. She even took over his friends lives. She loved taking over Mitsukai. Sometimes L. Their bodies came with abilities. Normal humans did not come with these traits.
Soon Ellie fell in love with the school. She couldn’t bring herself to actually sign up her ‘borrowed’ body to sign up. Nevertheless, she’d take over students. She’d drift to classes. Soon she was learning. This was home. But she couldn’t do this sprit thing anymore. She wanted to make herself known. How could she do that?
It was supposedly September 1st, dreaded parents day. This day was good because Ellie had spent the last weeks telling her mother where Joe was, discreetly of course. She had token her over and taught her body how to get there. Today their mother came. Nevertheless, the meeting did not go how Ellie had figured it. It made Joe mad and caused him to lash out with his powers. Time to be smart.
“Come to me.” Ellie whispered to the crying female named Nikky. Soon Nikky followed. She wasn’t in her own mindset, so it was easy to influence her. “Trip.” She demanded, and she did. Nikky’s head bashed on the rock and Nikky’s mind wandered away. Now her sprit was forming in the sprit realm. “Hello Nikky, I’m Ellie. Joseph’s sister.” She beamed, looking at the startled figure. Elle’s Sprit body still looked as she did when she was 7. That was good; if Ellie decided to go here Nikky would never know.

Is there somebody who still believes in love? I know you’re out there There’s got to be somebody I search around the world But I can’t seem to find Somebody to love Nikky Celeste DarlingNikky's body remained limp in the woods, however, her mind was somewhere else. She heard and unfamiliar voice and looked around to find it, shocked. A young girl, no older than seven or eight was talking to her. "Where am I? This isn't right, this isn't the school , or anywhere near it.." She was confused. Her mind then processed the girl's earlier statement. "You, you're Joe's little sister?" She stated, now worried. Was she dead like the girl? Or, was something else going on, something she had no idea about. Was her mind playing tricks on her? Impossible, she'd never heard Joe's younger sister, or seen her for that matter. Her head was hurting, and she placed a hand on it. When you were dead, you couldn't feel pain, right? So that mustn't be what had happened. While she was waiting for a response, she studied the girl, golden blonde hair, pink dress, definately the appearance of a young girl. Maybe she never aged once she died. "I'm confused...why am I here?" .

Ryuuki hovered over the floor of his temporary room, looking up at the leaky crack in the ceiling. The room was quite dark, except from a red light emitting from a few machines. The smell was also quite bad, though that didn't bother Ryuuki at all. That's what he expected from a boiler room of course. In fact, when he accepted the offer, he thought it would be lot worst. It didn't matter though. It was just a temporary thing; until his room was fixed. All he knew was that a pyromaniac had used it before me.
Ryuuki adjusted himself to float upright, before falling to the floor to walk. It was almost time for him to go to his first class of the day, so he needed to emotionally prepare himself. He walked over to a his workbench, which remained as untouched as the day it was given to him, as a joke from one of his acquaintances. Of course he couldn't physically touch any of the objects, which was a shame since he had a passion for creating, as well as drawing. He looked at himself in the mirror. He looked the same way as he died, except for the clothing which he decided to wear for that day.
As soon as he had finished, Ryuuki walked over to the door of the room, walking past it to enter the hallway. On normal occasions he would simply walk through several walls to get to his class, though he was no longer allowed to do that after having accidentally walked past the girl's locker room when heading to Gym class. Week two of my stay here at Genius academy, and only a handful of students know me, or at least acknowledge my existence. he thought to himself as he walked through the bustling hallways, avoiding walking past people as he made his way to his class.

Ryuuki finally arrived to his class, and walked through the door, eager to resume learning. The Robotics classroom was empty, save for the tables full of wires, scraps of metal, blank motherboards, and tools. Where the hell is everyone? Ryuuki thought to himself as he walked around the classroom. He looked over at the board, to see a message written on it, dating two days ago. Parents Day? I guess I should have been paying more attention... Ryuuki thought to himself as he sat at an empty chair.
He looked up at the board for several minutes, until a question arose in him. Do I have parents? he thought to himself. He couldn't really remember anything about his life before he died. The only information he had of it was what he was told from the woman in the... white place. He wasn't even sure what or where the place was, but it was really though first place he could remember.
Ryuuki stood up and looked towards the wall of the classroom. A few soul readings were picked up, probably of people walking through the hallways, going to meet up with their friends. I guess this means that I have a free day... What should I do? he thought to himself. Ryuuki walked ot of the classroom, looking around. Everyone was hanging out with their friends, some leaving the school and some just loitering in the hallway. I guess I can try to make a friend. he thought to himself as he drifted through the hallway and out onto the school campus. He looked around, trying to figure out the personality of some people through their soul readings, and ability he had picked up a few days ago. It was pointless though, he was new to his abilities, and couldn't use them efficiently. I guess I'll have to go through this the old fashioned way... he thought to himself as he drifted around the campus.

Mitsukai (Angel) Kanji Mitsukai smiled as Kyuubi said he’d be there for her. She had such loyal friends, though things probably wouldn’t remain this great. Someday soon she’d be such a wreak that no one wanted her. It was so obvious. No one wanted to be friends with someone who was depressed. Hopefully this was a phase, that would be good. She would move on from all this crap that made her miserable and be okay, maybe.
Mitsukai looked back up at Kyuubi. She didn’t want to sit her and wallow in her self pity. Instead, she wanted to do something. “Come on, lets chill in my dorm. There’d be no touring families there.” Mitsukai decided and got up. She then took Kyuubi’s hand and lead him to her dorm.
When they got in Mitsukai’s dorm it was a mess. There were paintings and canvases scattered across the floor. Her paints were on a table top. Her bed hadn’t been made and her laundry hadn’t been done. Overall, not very Mitsukai-ish. Mitsukai was typically a clean freak. Her room was always spotless. Her painting were always put away in her trunk, sitting out to dry, or on the wall. Her paint was always put away in it’s box. Her clothes were always washed and hung up. Her room was a wreak. “Yeaa, I haven’t really cleaned lately.” Mitsukai admitted and sat down on her bed.

Ellie watched as Nikky processed what was happening to her. It was funny, because Nikky was so naive. All humans were. They thought they were in their own little world. They’re so oblivious to the other dimension and worlds that were so close to home. Like the sprit Dimension. There also was Kyuubi’s dimension and so many more. The few that were lucky enough to enter into these other worlds were always confused and looked just plain dump.
"You, you're Joe's little sister?" Ellie nodded as realization finally struck home. She remained quite for the few seconds that Nikky thought over everything. "I'm confused...why am I here?" Ellie smiled, now Nikky was being slightly logical. “I’m not quite sure, I just wanted a friend.” Ellie suggested, then took Nikky’s hand. She drifted around, gripping onto it.
“See, here’s the problem. Joe thinks mommy hates him, but she doesn’t. Mommy has powers you know, She can change air around to do this. Like carry sound longer, further, and louder. Take away or add oxygen, Make wind blow faster, and add or take away pressure or gravity. It’s pretty cool. Dad does too, he’s super strong. Mom wants to get to know Joe and such. She only found out about her powers after he left then she went to a College about powers in Switzerland. Once she could control them, she came back to find him. She already knew about Dad’s when they married. Actually, they split up because he got mad at her and hit her, breaking 5 of her ribs just before she got pregnant. When she got pregnant, she kicked him out so he wouldn’t hurt me.” Ellie paused, letting this new information sink in.
She was now out of the forest, onto school grounds. Ellie knew everything that happened around the school since she drifted around for hours and hours at a time. Ellie lead Nikky around, pausing when she got to Joe. He was sitting down on a bench with his head in his hands. Overall, he looked pissed. Ellie would explain to Nikky what she’d done wrong later. But for now she was more into telling her what her job was.
“But anyways, you’re job is to try to convince Joe to write his mom a letter, he’d be able to get the address in the main office. You have to convince him, because I want them to be friends.” Ellie said rudely, making sure she got her point across. The thing about Spirits, they were very stubborn. “Well, you can stay or leave whenever, just tell me when you wanna leave. But until then, you can hang out with me.” Ellie beamed, feeling glad that she had someone to momentarily talk to.

Ryuuki drifted around the campus, having trouble finding people that would be suitable friends. Most people just didn't fit his personality, and he could tell they wouldn't really get along as friends, though maybe as good acquaintances.
Ryuuki flew up to the schools roof, sitting down on the edge. "Maybe I'm not going at this the right way..." he thought to himself as he looked down at the many students, some having fun with their parents. Ryuuki was about to go visit the school councilor, to ask if his new room was ready, when something caught his eye. He looked down at a group of students, two girls and a boy, though it was one of the girls that had caught his interest. Instead of having an outline like the others, which basicly signified the body, only her soul was visible.
Ryuuki closed his eyes tightly for five seconds, and reopened them, having his normal vision again. When he looked over at the spot, he noticed that only the boy remained. Was that a ghost? he thought to himself. Ryuuki was determined that it was, and he knew just how to talk to her. He raised his arm up in the air, opening a vortex right above him. He flew into the vortex, closing it up behind him. He had just entered the spirit dimension, or spirit realm as he preferred to call it.

"That not like you Mitsukai" Kyuubi said with a smile. He wasn't used to this even his room was clean, and he wasn't really the neatest person. He sat on her unmade bed, and looked around. He was thinking about how he could make her feel better. He wanted her to be the happy, bubbly Mitsukai she used to be. He didn't how to do that, when he didn't exactly know what was wrong. All he could do now was be there for her. "I am glad no parents are around here" he smiled.

Mitsukai (Angel) Kanji “Yeaa, I guess I haven’t been myself lately.” Mitsukai whispered, more so to herself than to Kyuubi. Mitsukai looked around at the mess. It was definably something very irritating. Honestly, the mess completely bothered her. She had even tried to clean it up from time to time. It was just to much energy wasted. Joe had cleaned up some for her. Nonetheless, that wasn’t enough. It used to be Mitsukai who cleaned up after Joe. Obviously the roles had switched.
“Yea, no parents at all.” Mitsukai nodded. It was reliving to be away from family. They were so bothersome. Sometimes they could just annoy you. And for those who went to this school, the parents were just plain mean! I guess that’s the price you have to pay when you’re given powers. You lose your family and friends. Those who are even lucky enough get to go to a school like this. However, those who aren’t have a really cruddy life.
Mitsukai laid down on her bed, but her head hit something. Mitsukai sat up and grabbed the white envelope she hit. “Oh, I think someone was taking pictures at Nikky’s party the other day.” Mitsukai mumbled and opened up the envelope. She started browsing through the photos. Some where of the whole gang. Yet, one really made her throat tighten. It was a picture of her cuddling up to Thorne during the movie. You could tell how scared she was. Mitsukai stared down at the picture. “Wow, someone actually took a picture of that. I must have looked funny huh.” Mitsukai tried to laugh, but it came out scrachy and uneven. Instead, she was transfixed on looking at Thorne’s curls and the curve of his jawbone.

"Oh Mitsukai" Kyuubi said to himself as she looked at the pictures. He knew she missed Thorne. He was wondering what happened himself. He looked at her. Seeing her like this dropped his mood. He didn't like the way her laugh sounded. "I could tell you were scared, but that movie was creepy" he said smiling trying to lighten the mood.
