"Aren't you supposed to be somewhere?" Rina asked, getting slightly annoyed with him and Seth being right all of the time.
"Not particularly, but I'll take it you're tired of me being here. I'll just be going now," Mamoru said then walked out of the room, shutting the door. "I take it you heard all of that, is that right, Seth?" he asked Seth in a quiet voice so that Rina wouldn't hear, not the least bit surprised that he was there.

Annexus lifted Lilly's chin and kissed her. "No need to be shy, Lilly." He smiled at her. "I'd imagine you have some finishing touches before I use it tomorrow?"
Seth looked at Mamoru. "Yes, I did." He shook his head, stepping away from the wall. "She knows we are right, but she is determined to go down this road to destruction." He looked at the door. "I'm faster than her. But when you are fighting fate, as I am sure that you know, there is no such thing as fast enough." He looked Mamoru, and sighed. "I know what you are going to ask me. But know, I will not change her mind for her. This is her choice to make, all I can do is give you the promise that I will protect her to the best of my abilities, and I will continue to talk to her, to try to get her to see the light." He was saddened by her stubbornness. He liked her, as she was an honestly good person, but he knew the pain in her heart.

"I would never ask you to take away her will to chose her own path. Only she can chose her path, though I wish she would listen to reason. When it comes to protecting Rita, nothing will change her mind. Try as we might to talk her out of it, we will fail every time. The only thing we can do is make sure that the path before her does not lead her off a cliff," Mamoru replied. As always, neither his face nor his mind revealed any emotion. He sighed. "She is too stubborn for her own good. She will not be so easy to protect."

Stefisgarden When they got back to the camp, Hiro saw the cat jump on Mina, waking her up, and Leah roll into the spring.Mina saw Hiro, Mimi, and Ikki walk up and she sat up. "What took you so long?"

Hiro picks up the cat. "Why do you like me so much?" he asked it. His face was a little red from Mina's question.
"I'm not gonna get any answers, am I?" Mina asked.

Mina sighed. "Then I'm going back to sleep. Keep that cat occupied, okay, Hiro?"
"Huh? Why me?" Hiro asked.
"It likes you," Mina said simply, then lay back down.

Leah stiffles a giggle. The cat starts to purr. It looks up at Hiro innocently, making Leah bust out laughing.

"Uh..." Hiro was slightly embarrassed, and the fact that Leah was laughing wasn't helping.
Mina resisted the urge to burst out laughing like Leah. It was funny seeing Hiro with a cat. And the cat wasn't helping with the look it was giving Hiro.

The cat looks over at Leah with a glare. "Alright already...goodness...so pushy..." Leah says as she stops laughing. The cat goes back to looking at Hiro innocently.

Mina almost burst out laughing, but managed to restrain herself. "I feel sorry for you," she said to Hiro.
"Why is this cat so attached to me?" Hiro asked.
