"Thank goodness..." Nils murmured. He eyed the flute, currently trapped under Blossom's foot, then looked at the group.
"So... what should we do with that flute?"

Blossom shrugged. "I don't know... we could get rid of it somehow. But we'd hafta make sure no one could mess with it. Y'know, start playing it. They might cause lotsa bad stuff..." Blossom rolled the flute back and forth, wondering if they could simply smash the thing. It was pretty, but it was evil, so they couldn't keep it. No way.

Rei turned around to face the others, watching them ponder over the flute.
That one angel guy musta helped me out or whatever, since I wasn't all 'Duuuur... I'ma zombie' for that song thingy.
"So, what, Nils, are you, like, a super awesome mind-ensnaring bard now?"

Siegell and Shastah Ninian received a new dancing scarf. Ninian accepted Siegell's present, opening it carefully. She was pleased to find a new scarf inside. "Thank you, Siegell," she said shyly, smiling slightly at the Wyvern Rider. After Nils's flute was played to release everyone from it's strange spell, Ninian sat down, a hand on her head, which was beginning to throb. She glanced at the flute, wary. "Nils, are you alright?" she asked.

Nils nodded. "I think we should lock it up. Put it in a box and bury it. I don't really want to risk breaking it..."
He frowned, a sad look returning to his face. "I didn't mean to, Rei..."
He then nodded to his sister. "I'm fine... are you alright, Ninian?"

"Bu-but Nilsy, think of the possibilities! Alihi could be super tactician, using it to coordinate all kinds of craziness! Or, you can use it as a defensive measure to keep the enemies away from the mages and stuff! You just have to, I dunno, have everyone wear earplugs or something. Or maybe find some way to only effect certain people? Or..." Rei continued ranting on the possibilities.
"... And next time Siggy comes around, you can voodoo mind nom him!"

Nils blinked, completely ignoring his massive rambling, addressing only one part of his monologue. "... Rei, did you just call me 'Nilsy'?"

"No. Get rid of it. We aren't messing with that thing," Amelia said, standing up. She went over to where the flute was, studying it. "I think Nils has the right idea. Lock it up in a box, bury it somewhere deep, where no one will find it. Who knows, maybe the curse would fly out everywhere if we broke it. But we aren't using this thing again. No way..." She didn't touch it.

Nils nodded. "I want to get that thing out of my sight..." He stood up, picking up the flute in his hands. He then wandered to go find a box and a shovel.

"No! You didn't even LISTEN to what I said, Nils! Come onnnnnnnnnn! Do I have to say it again?" Rei snatched the flute out of NIls's hands, and placed it on a desk. Something this powerful shouldn't be destroyed until it's deemed completely necessary.

Amelia nodded. "Hurry... that thing creeps me out." She shuddered, leaving the room. With Rhys gone for the day, she had to make sure the decorations for their very-overdue party got finished in time. She hurried up the stairs, rapidly out of sight and out of earshot.

"That thing creeps me out, Rei, and I am not going to use it ever again for some insane idea of yours!"

"Well then don't use it! Just have it sitting around on your belt, as a last resort! And then, you aren't destroying it, and at the same time, you aren't using it." Rei flailed around a bit out of frustration, taking the flute in his hand to prevent Nils from stealing it.
"Oooh! Use it as a blowdart thingy or something! Come onnnnnnnn, the possibilities are endless, or at least really, really big!"

The door to the house burst open in an all too-violent and dramatic manner, and to finish the scene, there stood Shiva, a gust of cold wind at his back, his body silhouetted, and his sword drawn. "I hear you have a bit of trouble. Also a fireplace." He said ominously, as he stepped inside. He drew a rag and wiped his sword, which looked as if it was covered in a red fluid, and his clothing reeked of organic bodily fluids. Namely blood.
On his back, was a pack, and through a small hole, one could see bones. And upon the shifting from his movement, those bones were revealed to be skulls.
