Anyway, now that I've got your attention, I don't feel like cluttering up the topic list just for this; I'm probably not going to be on Gaia all that often for the next month or so. I have a few... eh... jobs to do. So I'll see you guys around New Year's. wink
While I am here though, have there been any progress updates for the hack that I've missed?

Mmmm... nope! No real progress. Thing have slowed down with it lately, especially due to school. I think it could start back up again sometime in the near future, though...

I doubt it. I remember a few random screenshots and animation-things detailing Vika's random coding achievements, but nothing actually PLAYABLE.

Kekeke, what the weird green-haired kid said! That bird girl doesn't really have anything done yet 'sides a bunch of screenshots. She says there'll be progress soon, promise!
Though, knowing her and her school stuff, I wouldn't hold my breath, y'know?

I wonder if this hack will be released for FEF only? I hope so, because I don't know if people would like us crossing over FE's like this. Not to mention there's always dislike of OC's, and I fear I wasn't entirely in character.

Impending finals have forced my attention to be more on school, but my last school day of this calender year is the 18th, so I will work on stuff after that! =D

Sue, Vika had a outstanding lesbian relationship with a morph. I think I've got you beat. :p
But, really, unless you guys don't want me to, I'll probably show the final product off to a couple of other communities I go to. It actually was a pretty solid story.

Actually... I'm not really secure with this being brought to others outside of FEF... In a sense this is a serious game, but it's more of an inside thing that only FEF can understand. Plus, there's the issue with people's OCs in the hands of outside players and stuff... and some mugs aren't exactly the best quality... and.. various things... like that...

I understand your point, Rath; however, well, it's just another game, to alleviate your concerns. Aren't we controlling Nintendo's OCs when we play FE in the first place?
Though, yes, this also is an inside project for FEF, and I completely understand if people would want it to stay within FEF solely. (I personally think the story's accessible to anyone who doesn't know inside FEF-lore, and I'd take any steps to explain what isn't within the story. It wouldn't be hard, really. I've already described this as a fan-sequel-crossover-original story to outsiders, all of which have been hacked before.)
That said, let's get a playable product out there before we decide anything, ne? :p
Also, I'll probably be updating the first post later today and fix up the need-list. It'll come unstickied, so heads up.

I agree with Vaida and Rath.
This mainly IS our thing, so why take it out? I'd have no problem you showcasing it off to others after we've tested and played it to a sense, but... I really don't see a reason to let others test it and not us, seeing as it was intended for us.
