Trivii POST FOR ARICINAricin tightens his arm a little in a comforting gesture lowering his other hand back to her waist. "I swear, I'm buying you a bell..."Trivii shakes her head and sighs, "Alright then I'm almost done in the front room, you guys just come down when your ready, I'll find the bucket and finish up." Knowing better than to tease him about his position she flips her gaze over the pair and she turns starting back down the stairs again... "Oh and Aricin? I'll claw your gorgeous human eyes out, before letting you collar me, you buy that bell... make sure its on a bracelet or something I won't take offense too..." Theirs something slightly out of place in the cat-kins posture as she starts down the stairs giving Kata a brief but friendly nod as she begins her descent... As Trivii leaves Aricin curses his roommates slightly more acute hearing and pitches his voice accordingly. "Are you okay?" Secretly taking imense pleasure in their close proximity. She took a breath in and smiled at Aricin, a nice warm fake smile. "Yes, everything is alright. I was just supprised is all." Kata shrugged trying hard still to look relaxed. "Are you two related? I don't mean to sound rude but you are not really all that much alike." She hoped that the change of topic wasn't a too forward attempt at finding out more about Aricin. Her eyes dropped to his hand at her waist and Kataio quickly looked back to his eyes, maybe he didn't notice.

Aricin laughs a little, and reluctantly lets her go, "Trivii and I have a long history... but as for being related... she adopted me.. I never really had a say in it... she's lost her family, and claiming that we're related helps her cope some."

"Well that is good. I have an adopted family as well but none... well I guess one of them is here. No one has seen him yet though other then myself." Kataio shrugged and looked around. "We should probably get back to cleaning." The statement was left open as if she didn't really want to.

Aricin gives it a moment of thought, "Lets not and say we did... we're mostly done.. and knowing Trivii the downstairs probably is, lets get a move on getting donations or something, we can always finish cleaning later."

Kataio nodded and looked around the room she had been cleaning. "Alright, but how do you suppose we get all the stuff back? I mean going back and forth from the storage isn't my favourite thing to do." She sighed and looked out the window again. Kata smiled again a bit fakely at Aricin noticing how neither one of them had really moved apart.

He looks contemplative... "Thats a good question... maybe we could make a litter or something..." He steps away at last, regretting it instantly, sinking down to sit on the top of the stairs."

"A litter?" Kataio asked not sure what he ment exactly. Probably some form of carrying device. She walked up behind him and leaned on the wall loking down at Aricin's back. "I'm sorry if that question sounded stupid. I am just not quite familiar with the word." Kata paused and gulped. "Ususally I think of a bunch of baby animals when the word litter is used."

Aricin looks up and smiles... "Thats okay... I suppose some people might concider it an archaic term... A Litter is like a platform attatched to two long poles that can be carried by two to four people... it used to be used to carry the wealthy or the injured... constructing one would make fewer trips for us... but maybe..." He looks up at her thoughtfully... "Well there might be something in storage that we can use."

Kataio laughed a bit. "Well that is something different from what I was thinking. The first thing we have to do is get you up again Aricin. I can't quite make it around you." She smiled down at him and then shook her head. Kata's eyes still seemed a bit sad. "I am sorry that I got so flustered earlier. I usually don't let my accent pop out like that." She looked away from Aricin with thatand crossed her arms over her chest.

Aricin laughs some, standing up. "Its alright Kata. I don't mind your accent," he catches her hand and drops a kiss on her knuckles. "Lets go make that list, and figure out what we can salvage." Letting go of her hand he steps aside to allow her to descend first.

Kasai turns to look at the blue skinned girl that Fauve introduced him to. Hello, where are you heading to? Kasai starts moving toward his home still watching the girl, Saniya. I am just heading home now. Kasai wasn't sure what it was about her but this new blue skinned girl just didn't set right with him. Furrowing his brow he just couldn't place what it was about her.
Cin starts mixing the powder and stone with water from the stream, next on the list she thinks to herself will be getting a water pump in town. Actually I should talk to Chae and see about maybe planting some more crops and hooking up an irrigation system. Cin glanced over at her start on a small garden and the way in which the leaves were wilting. Wiping her hand across her forehead she poured this bit of concrete into the foundation square. Then she took a board and started smoothing it out, standing up she smiled down at her work. There with the foundation done getting the rest of the school house up shouldn't be that much of a problem.
"Hmmm, I don't think I have ever had pancakes, but they sound interesting enough to me! Lets go to your place then." With mischief in his eye Zeke reaches out quickly and tags Uriel on the shoulder. "Your IT!" He says running in the direction of Uriel's house.
Cin looks up hearing a shout from across the grounds, she sees a cute little crimson winged boy run toward Merci's. Blinking slightly she thinks...Zeke has wings like that...but he is much smaller. Shaking her head slightly Cin leans back and waits for the concrete to dry.

Kataio lets out a slight laugh and shakes her head before passing him slowly to head down stairs. "Ok for our supplies we would need. Bedding, including pillows, extra cloth cause heck we run outta bandages we need something to wrap them in or to dampen a hot forehead. What else do you think we need?" Kata looked over her shoulder at Aricin as she let out the question.

Nika hadn't expected her to stop. If anything, he'd expected her to keep running. He was positive that if she'd wanted to, Shiva could have out run him, no sweat.
His chest rose and fell steadily with each breath he took. The run hadn't worn him out... Not really... It was everything he was feeling. Frustration, awkwardness, confusion, guilt.
He blinked at Shiva incredulously. She seemed so distant... so cold... and merely moments ago he'd been holding her. How could a mood change so drastically?
'I wanted to say I'm sorry...' he shuffled to the side and tried to catch her eye, 'What I said was out of line...'

Her fault. That seemed familiar. It always seemed to be her fault when things got out of hand. Emotions got crazy. Her fault. She always tried to re-establish control by bearing down on herself,but she never could entirely control the effects that others felt. Self control did not stop what she really wanted to reign in.
*I can apologize myself if you want. I'm sorry.*
Turning, she walked away. No heedless flight this time. A tight, quick pace that had none of the desperation of before. She was still angry, but not at him anymore.
Her fault.

What was she on about now? Nika shook his head, frustrated. It wasn't all of her fault. If he hadn't argued she wouldn't have ran away from him...
'You don't need to apologize...' he took a half-a-step back, surprised when she suddenly turned and slowly walked away. Perhaps Shiva needed sometime to herself...
...Perhaps...
A sudden, bright smile curved his eyes and Nika turned the other way, walking to the edge of the forest. It was so simple! Why hadn't he thought of it before?
Now... where could he find...
