"So we're doing this then? Alritey then, I just ask one favor, don't kill me."

Drawing his Zanpacto with his right hand, Maikeru simultaneously turned sideways to minimize the target he made and crouched slightly.

I don't know very much about him, so I think taking the defensive to analyze his fighting style for a bit would be appropriate. Maikeru was thinking this and something along the lines of What the hell did I get myself into? as he prepared himself to get beaten to a bloody pulp, and hopefully get some good strikes in...maybe.

Maikeru's eyes were relaxed taking in every movement, the rustle of Shinigami robes, leaves shaking in the trees and falling slowly to the earth, Reikai and Nexo's positions so he could try and work with them as a team, it would probably be the only way we will ever be able to do more than scratch the seated member.

Nexo moved behind Kasen just a few feet away making a triangle formation with the others. If they worked together, Maikeru could strike Kasen's left side, while Reikai could strike his right, and Nexo could attack from behind since an omnipotent combination was something few can barely block. Unsheathing his zanpakuto with his right hand, Nexo looked at the third seat with a gleaming look in his eyes and he lunged a bit forward with his blade pointed forward as his arm was slightly by his side. All of them waited for him to strike, to counter and hopefully get him injured.

"Heh, fun." Maikeru whispered as the black fog rolled out of the card and quickly obscured Kasen

Closing his eyes to help him remember the terrain and the postion of Reikai and Nexo as well as their current opponent, Kasen, he whipped out a throwing dagger where Kasen had last been, knowing that one of a few things would happen. One, it connected by some freak chance of nature and it would embed itself in Kasen's chest. Two, if Kasen was no longer there and it missed it would fly off into the distance, luckily Nexo was at an angle relative to Kasen and himself so it wouldn't accidentally hit Maikeru's teamate. Three, Kasen does something and messes the entire f***ing thing up.

All that took approximately one to one-and-a-half seconds. Figuring it wouldn't be To unlikely for some kind of the same technique to be used on himself Maikeru shifted his stance to a lower defensive posture that spread him out more but allowed him to react more quickly and silently took one step back and to the right, slightly farther away from Reikai.

Nexo wasn't afraid as the card fell and surrounded Kasen with the fog. But something told him that this strange fog is hiding Kasen and he took his zanpakuto and raised it at the strange fog waiting for anything to come out. He crouched still and moved to the side of air being sliced was heard from the opposite side, however he had no idea who was doing it.

Maikeru smirked Cocky little Ba***rd. At least now I know his location to a more accurate point.

After focusing for a moment to bottle up and control his reiatsu as effectively as he could, effectively making it unsenseable to all but the most sensitive reiatsu-sense, he quickly made his way to the right of where he judged Kasen to be judging by his voice, prior location, and the sound of his thrown knife cutting Kasen's robe.

Maikeru readied his strike, actually hoping it wouldn't connect, then with all the strenght and speed he had, pushing with one side of his body and pulling with the other, creating a whip-like effect with his body as handle and his Zanpacto as the tip. The blade whipped around at an incredible speed, aiming for Kasen's hip which Maikeru could just barely make out through the smoke now. If it connected completely it could easily cut Kasen in half. Luckily, Maikeru was quite sure Kasen was powerful enough to evade it in some way.

Nexo ran forward as the other two were now shadowy figures heading towards Kasen. Nexo held his zanpakuto as he ran forward into the fog as he slashed downward in an arced slash at what appeared to be Kasen's back, hopefully hitting him.

(( gahhhh that is frustrating, I clicked post and it said 'database error' lame, so now I must rewrite. also I was just wondering, could you explain the card thing?? I have failed to find a reference to it anywhere.))

Maikeru grimaced.
"Sorry about that guys, I figured it would be the fastest way to get him out of the smoke, I figured you both were competent enough not to kill me or eachother and, hey? What do you know? I was right Hahaha."

Moving a step closer to Kasen and squaring his body with his opponent's he twitched his Zanpacto instantly reversing it so the blade pointed the opposite direction and simultaneously pulled out a long heavy bladed dagger with a wicked edge and notches in the blade.

Bending down from the waist as if bowing but keeping his head up to remain aware of the situation he again apologized. "Reikai, Nexo, again please accept my apologies and join me in knocking the cocky bugger off his rock."

Nexo looked at Kasen as he slightly changed looks with his team and then held his zanpakuto in a forward grip as it waited for Kasen. However the sight of a flaming sword, something he never expected as he knew Kasen was known as a strange title that Kasen once told him. "Kasen is dangerous for he also wields a power none have like him, the abilities to create arrows like a quincy..." Nexo warned as well as he had been told that this was his specialty.

"Shall we stop fighting among ourselves and focus our energy on the opponent on our hands?" Nexo said as he pointed his left index finger at Kasen while he charged reiatsu into that finger as he had plans for a kidou.
