"Thank you." He smiled kindly at her. "I have made a desision. I am going to tell Lily the truth of what happened last night. I will make sure that she understands that it was me who was at fault." He had a sad look on his face, and he didn't make eye contact with her at all. "If she doesn't kill me I know she will leave me. Though I would deserve either one."
