I have an insurance adjuster coming out to look at the house and need it to be quite a bit better than it is now.

It's been a busy couple of days but my, have they been fun? Catching up
with new friends, reuniting with former ties to the past, and all- around
goodness. It's too bad about the job but, all in all, life's great.
..isn't life funny, that way? We never know what will happen next.
