Seph nodded providing Itaka with a brief salute "I don't intend to make the fight last longer than it needs to, I only really want to fight the challenging ones and cash in on the 15 minutes of fame" she smirked giving her armor a pat. "So... does all this bring back the memories of being a gladiator in ancient times?"
Hebal giggled springing up after Zadina stopping to assist Yusti in carrying some of the dresses "Hehe you look all funny like a clothes horse Yusti" she teased handing a few dresses to Zadina to help carry "Now if you think thats hard I could always tape your thumbs together so you can find out what it's like to walk like certain types of dinosaur or I could even show you how to walk like a crocodile" she chirped using her arms to demonstrate the difference.

Felina beamed up at Oassu scooping Cid up under one arm then took his hand "I don't think there will be anything for him in there but I suppose we can look anyway" she decided ignoring the plastic keyrings with slogans such as "I love kunec" in big red bubble writing. "Are you getting hungry? I am a little but I am not feeling to fussy about what I'll eat today so we can go anywhere you want" she offered.
Satoshi smiled rubbing her cheek against Gil's hand while she glanced over at someone behind the bar who somehow managed to smash one of the glasses "I guess it could have been worse like you being turned into a frog or growing a second head but that would be great if you did take me to see them. Although would you be able to manage going back if the food wasn't anything you like?"
Yusti shuddered a little already aware of how silly she looked without Hebal's comment "Uhh... yeah I guess it's kinda useful having a tail and horns though it's not really ideal for carrying clothes as they tend to swing about in my face making it harder to see where I am going plus I can't fly with them like this" she told her taking the last of the dresses and tossed them over to Hebal.

Oassu nodded "Some food would be fine" he said chuckling at an entertaining little shirt with two Gria children flying hand in hand "Ok lets get outta here" he said jogging slightly on the spot "Think I've just got too much energy after my recovery" he chuckled happily
Gil smiled removing his hand when the desserts were finally brought along before thanking the waiter and sipping his wine "Sure I can, they've got some vegetables down there as well...unusual sea flora and fauna you know besides I can put up with fish but I'd need to find someone to look after Enkidu if we were to go for a holiday, Terrato too couldn't go on holiday either" he said stroking Satoshi's leg while he started on dessert.
Mari giggled taking some clothes off Yusti's horns "Here I don't know why you tried to carry them call anyway" she said walking along "You should hold onto that one dress you wanted anyway, I'm sure Satoshi won't mind you having it, you've done plenty of nice things for us anyway" she said as she moved back towards the gates.
Itaka sighed "It does a little, course back then it was fatal but yeah, I kinda miss it still you'll get a challenge soon enough I'm sure, maybe this Gria won't be so bad after all but I've got faith in you" he said kissing her horns and hair.
Zadina shook his head "Dinosaurs were silly creatures but that looks like a fun thing to do" he giggled as he walked with the dresses "So shall we really go and watch some fights Miss Hebal?" he asked eagerly.

Seph blushed shifting Chobi down towards the arena and bracing herself for a sharp landing to avoid the staff guarding the arena roof to make sure nobody watched for free "Well I bet the gria would make this one fatal too if it weren't for the mass of hippy protesters that wander about the streets nowerdays. But look on the brightside, means I won't have to burse you back to full health after I have beaten you" she teased.
Hebal nodded continuing to walk waving her hands around pretending to be a dinosaur with the dresses slung over each arm "Hehe yep we should be able to see Sephy Wephy's match once we have dropped. this stuff Alternatively we can watch the other match and have more leg room and less distence to go if we wanna buy popcirn" she replied singing a song going along the lines of "rwar I'm a dinosaur"

Felina giggled following Oassu out the building and down the steps leading up to it "You certainly are full of a gigantic amout of energy. I just think you've been eating too many sugary snacks or coffees again. Nah I'm kidding I gave you a small energy jolt near the top of the big stairs thatwould have contributed" she explained hiding away a cheap tourist pencil she had taken without even realising.
Satoshi's eyes widened pleasently surprised by the portion sizes for the desert "Wow the meal was big enough but this is massive" she remarked tucking straight into her cake. "Mmm this is pretty good but is there any kind of fish you do like to eat? Maybe sushi? And what did you end up being fed on during your stay? Oh and I bet someone from my family could look after the pets"
Yusti shrugged raising her eyebrow at Hebal's walk "Yeah but at the end of the day taking something without asking or paying is still seen as stealing so I think I better wait until I next end up seeing her and just leave the dress to one side until then. I bet I can manage with the clothes where they are so long as you tell me if I am about to walk into something"

Oassu chuckled "Thats nice of you and...." he paused for a moment until they'd left the building "Did you totally just steal that little pencil there?" he whispered smiling "I'm proud of you Felina, maybe you are thief material after all" he said putting an arm around her.
Gil smiled "Yeah it is..." he said eating his cake a little "And no I don't like any fish, I tried quite a few bits down there and didn't like any much to their dismay but their vegetarian dishes were fine but then we'll need to talk to your family before we go, but so long as we have an ocean or lake we should be able to visit a mercity" he said before eating some of his ice cream.
Mari shook her head "Nonsense, you've given us so much it'd be plain rude not to return the favour but since your being so nice about it we can ask Satoshi tomorrow, you'll need Zadina to make a few adjustments to it for your wings and such anyway." she said examining the wings.
Itaka chuckled "Nah illegal fatal tournaments were banned at an international convention, besides the Gria aren't bloodthirsty, they just love to see a battle, if a good warrior is defeated by another they'll respect one another you know." he said tickling Seph's tummy in retaliation for the joke "And I'm sure you'd take extra special care of me if you did win" he said kissing her ear.
Zadina giggled as Hebal sang her song "Nice song Miss Hebal but lets watch Seph since she'll be wanting our super support in the crowd!" he suggested "And popcorn would be super nice but we still need money for the tickets" he reminded her.

Hebal giggled returning to her normal posture upon noticing the dresses almost falling off her arms "We have pleanty money between us I bet. Sure I didn't get any diamonds from Milly but I still have my armor shop sales money and the other reward money to buy stuff with. Maybe next time we are at a match I'll try out a bit of cheerleading" she pondered leaping over a pair of training warriors blocking the path.
Seph laughed squirming about slightly in response to the tickling "Hehe yep but medical stuff isn't my kind of thing so don't expect a perfect recovery. I bet the fatal ones still go on somewhere underground but I think we can give those a miss since more than half are rigged anyway so the people who work at the casinos don't lose too much cash" she sighed bracing herself for the bad landing Chobi was just about to make.

Felina blushed glancing down at the pocket in her bag where she had placed the pencil "Oh no it wasn't really anything like that. It was more that it sort of fell on my and I didn't realise but I don't want to put it back because the scary looking gria at the counter didn't look to friendly" she whispered back covering Cid's ears while she spoke.
Satoshi scratched her chin scooping out some of the fruit from the pudding "Is there a merplace under every big lake even? I thought they just lived under the ocean otherwise how would all the different towns and villages and cities communicate with eachother? Shame about the fish but I bet they were all cooked in the same way"
Yusti smiled flying over the fighting gria exchanging a few words along the way causing them to shuffle further over to the left "It's not like I am not getting anything in return for helping you guys. I am actually being payed a healthy sum by Mei and am even getting a bonus since I was the only one to volunteer" she reassured Mari waiting for her to catch up "I think Zadina could do with a little rest too"

Oassu smiled "Why are you covering his ears?" he chuckled "Don't you worry about it, though they should really hire nice friendly looking Gria if they are going to run the tourist shops still that place was quite impressive" he said as they walked down the street.
Gil shook his head "Not every lake but I think a fair few like to live in lakes, the predators in there aren't as strong so it's understandable" he said "Still they have ways of communicating, think its something to do with shells, I never really figured it out" he chuckled "I didn't stay with them THAT long to figure them out completely" he said smiling as he ate his cake and sipped some wine.
Mari smiled "Smart thinking still that was really nice of you to volunteer, why did you actually?" she asked "I mean you know Tonberries can be super dangerous stuff and its a lot of extra hassle for you keeping an eye on us, why bother?" she asked.
Zadina nodded "That's right, I'll need to use some of my diamonds I think, need to get a chance to try out that bike I got as a reward" he noted quietly "And I bet you'd be a great cheerleader Miss Hebal!" he said dashing forward to catch up with her.
Itaka nodded "I don't particularly plan to do arena sports longer than neccessary, and definitely not in any of those rigged ones underground but it might be fun to go to a casino one time, even if we don't win much" he chuckled.

Seph grinned jumping off Chobi then pulled her along the arena looking for an enterence inside "I can just picture you splashing out a bit and throwing a few diamonds onto a roulette wheel but I guess at your age it would be a good time to retire from the big arena sports and let someone else have an opportunity to participate" she joked petting Chobi's beak unaware she was kwehing to go faster.
Hebal smiled choosing to show off her gymnastic skills while she waited for everyone else to reach her "Phew thats hard work, I would like to think I have what it takes too. Anyway you just got me thinking... apart from the diamonds what kind of pocket money does your family give you. Must be loads being royal and all" she wondered doing one final back flip.

Felina smiled back putting her hands down "I don't want our little Ciddy getting all kinds of ideas about stealing pencils and carrots and eating other peoples stuff" she muttered slipping 1000gil into the bucket of a busking gria "They probably have to put security over all else in that building. Dad has to do the same even when he does let people look around"
Satoshi nodded her head in understanding then raised her hand to wipe her face "Maybe we'll find out one day if we do get to go there on a mini holiday and the deep water won't bother you. But where would you say the best place you have visited is and/or the place you've enjoyed visiting the most?"
Yusti shrugged petting Sophia on the head with her free hand "I dunno really, I guess I couldn't be bothered to listen to one big argument as to who should get the job of babysitting. At the end of the day if they still couldn't agree Mei would have had to do it on top of running the tournament and sorting out the match line ups and looking after the competitors and more"

Oassu smiled "I guess that's fair enough but I doubt a bunny like him will be able to learn skills like that" he chuckled "But that was a very generous donation to the busker" he said impressed "And your dad lives in a royal palace it's kinda understandable." he chuckled.
Gil nodded "I'll be ok with the mermaids I trust them they have unusual magic for those who want to visit their territory you know" he said "Still one of my favourite places I visited was this mercenary camp, everyone there was so, together you know? Kinda like the group is now but on a larger scale and I was accepted really easily there" he said recalling the memory fondly.
Mari smiled as Sophia stirred slightly in her sleep "I guess so that was still nice of you though Mei seemed nice enough and you really do a good job looking after us competitors" she chirped happily.
Itaka gasped "Oi cheeky, your not much older yourself" he chuckled "Besides I'll probably be able to show these whelps a thing or two in the next few rounds but why don't you go ahead and get ready, I'll lead Chobi to the stables and get a seat" he suggested.
Zadina paused thinking about it "Well....since my parents are gone and my brother is missing I suppose I'd be first in line to receive the family dues but I don't really get paid anything, unless there's like a family estate somewhere for me maybe Tchubee knows something but really I just live off what I get" he said to her watching her acrobatics.

Hebal raised her eyebrow almost jumping as the speakers announced the final match of the day would be starting in 15minutes "Aww they don't sound too nice if you aren't left with anything cool but who is Tchubee. Another family member or a friend?" she asked wondering if they would get good seats in the arena.
Seph nodded flying back to Itaka kissing him on the cheek "Ok ok I'll go through and get ready then and you can do whatever you need to before the match. See ya soon grandpa and I bet loads of old people are jealous of how good you look right now for your age" she chuckled flying up through an open window in the arena believing it to be a short cut.

Felina laughed quietly turning around to see the busker change to performing a more upbeat tune than before "It was nothing really, just a bit of loose change from my pocket. I guess thats one good thing about Cid not having a thumb and very small arms though look what I have taught him" she grinned giving he pet a high five.
Satoshi smiled slumping back in her chair once her dessert was finished "Yeah I know that feeling of togetherness. It's the same as ninja teams only on a large scale only we are unfortunate to get one or two bad sorts every 5 years or so" she sighed scooping up the crumbs from her plate with her finger "Did you ever consider joining the group because they were so accepting?"
Yusti frowned at the announcement and making a quick decision steered them a sharp left away from Mari's cabin "Change of plan since we are running out of time. We are going to dump the clothes down at my cabin since it's like right next to the arena" she decided flying over the water fountain out of lazyness "Oh I don't do the looking after part, never did. I was just hired as a judge. Mei and Zuji are the ones you have to thank for this complex"

Oassu smiled "Guess he is a really smart bunny if you can teach him that, maybe I can teach him a few tricks of my own and he and me can go out and earn some money" he said with a grin as he patted Cid's head.
Gil blinked dumbfounded that Satoshi had finished her food so quickly "Hmm I guess I did with a few of them, travelled around for a bit did a few jobs" he chuckled "If you read some of the stories about me they get quite a few mentions but I moved on once I had enough money to keep searching for excalibur you know?" he shrugged sipping his wine.
Mari nodded "Ok we'll need to come by tomorrow morning to get them then, need to tell Satoshi about the change of plans since Zadina and Hebal can't get in without us" she said "Oh and who is Zuji I don't know her..." she asked.
"Tchubee was our families' retainer, not quite like a butler but like a guardian, a close friend of my father's and they worked together quite a lot, also had a hand in raising us" he giggled "I imagine he's looking after finances and the like in our absence" he said.
