Jolly basically lives in a retierment community, everyone is either old or a new family. No one is a teenager.
That he does, since his chain makes him so tired. But it's either he's asleep for the night or taking a nap, which Jolly can't see Vincent doing.

Eh, sorta, new families need money too.
But Jolly doesn't really care about that she is 'Mature beyond her age' or so it is said, Jolly just hates stupid people.

Markers mean easy revenge sticks mean three to four weeks for them to catch up to you in wheel chairs revenge.
I love stupid people #3# They burn the easiest.
