She scoffed "You are more naive than I thought. Blood has to be exchanged between the two for the tie to be formed." She sighed and closed her eyes.
Edward whimpered and crawled back up Voro trying to curl against him.
Cali glanced at Voro "Edward is sensitive to Grandfather's powers."

"WE are always aware of those outside these walls. It is how we are a major player in the clans and yet we spill much less blood. So it is in your best interest not to speak against us. I have no problem throwing you out there with the rest of your kin." He warned with a growl. "It is going to be alright Edward. Just fight the feeling." He encouraged Edward to be strong and stay close.

Wolf smiled at Chacho encouragingly. Nothing will hurt you. Chacho looked over with wide eyes.

Aria looked down at Chacho and squeezed her little hand. "I want to get Chacho away from all the crazy. After this calms down... plus I guess I gotta think about it. Come on Chacho. Let's go bake those cookies." she said smiling down at the little child.

She scoffed at Serenity "They do not fear me, they respect me. I rule with respect, not fear." She leaned back in her chair and sighed "Vampires are very subdoed when the leader they follow actually has their respect. They are also easier to control if needed. Fear only works till something bigger and badder comes along, respect does not change easily amoung us. That is another reason why we spill less blood, the other clans hold respect for me. For who I am now and who I used to be." She yawned softly, quickly growing bored with this. She muttered something in Russain under her breath.
Mark looked at her "What do you mean?" His voice sounded confused, but he listened carefully as she spoke to him the whole time in nothing but Russain. He blinked "Jinx needs to hurry up. Grandfather is playing with her bloods." He glances almost nervously at the door then back at Lady "Shift if need be." His voice almost begging, but she shook her head at him
Edward curled himself against Voro "I know, its hard though. I can hear him calling to her, beggin her, promising her everything." His small hands curled against Voro's chest

Voro kept a very close eye on Lady, "Do not worry Edward. Her will is strong and the presence of us here keep her from her father's complete grip. He would physically have to dcome and take her from us." His mind was extremely strong but he didnt know if he was strong enough to help Lady break whatever it is Ivan was doing to her. He didnt want to jump into her mind and stir the fire that was at a simmer at best.

Ariella turned to wolf holding up the finished pants there you go wolf boy now you don't have to "surprise" the ladies with "mini-wolf" she chuckled at her own comment

Jinx walked back in with a book in his hand "Do not be so sure about that right now Voro. What he is doing, even the Demon Knights would have had trouble saying no." He kneeled in front of her and opened the book flipping through it muttering to himself in a strange sounding laungage. He stopped on a page and raised his hand resting it against her forehead and whispered a few words. He glanced up at her and mouthed the words willing her to speak them with him, which she did. After the last word was muttered a small pulse flowed from the both of them, and the shimmer of Jinx's wings showed on his back, fanning the air slightly. He sighed softly and pulled his hand back "Better?"
Her eyes slowly faded back to blue then to grey again and nodded "Much. I hate it when you use Pixie magic on me, you know that"
"I know but it needed to be done." He sighed
Edward seemed to relax against Voro "He is gone for now, but he will be back..."

(watching from behind my book slowly chanting myt own spell)i may dislike her but what i felt coming from her was strong but not too strong. i wonder if that was the famous ivan showing through. i should likely help her but she will disregard it no matter what.(thinking of all the protection spell there were in the book unaware of anyone else chanting a spell of her own on her family of protection wishing them luck hoping the shadow demon protection spell worked)good luck you guys i miss you

He sighed in relief. "Well when he shows again, we can only be as prepared as possible." He said low, not full of energy or enthusiasm.

Chacho nodded and squeezed her hand. Can we bake chocolate chip? She stayed close to Aria. Wolf groaned, amused at her comment That was pretty bad, Kitty. He smiled as he looked over the pants. Brilliant job.
