noir_kama woops someone might have miscalculated... ninja yeah; when I chose to specialize in Fire Techniques, did he actually think I wouldn't think up a way to get rid of those pesky fireseals?

Mythic229 Meh so Hido goes without oxygen for a few seconds before he stops the fire on his next post rolleyes you've still got two hands at your throat and an inability to move. Annnddd since you have less Cps than Hido (a good amount less at that) fighting them is impossible. I mean seriously I'm 100% fire proof and technically I guess I could just use my ice in it's not crystal form to stop it XD its not Hido; it's a Clone unless Hido put all his Chakra into the clone and left his real self defenseless [which I doubt he'd be dumb enough to do, leaving his real body helpless like that], then I can safely assume that the clone is not as strong as the real Hido; probably 50/50 or so

1. Nara shadows aren't something you can take the properties of, but since you did I'm going to utterly destroy you on a technicality... you just became... what Hido has th ability to control... No Matter What. It doesn't matter if it's part of your body you just became a Nara Shadow...A Nara can control their shadows even where nijutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu or anything like that isn't allowed... ask any of the mods that means that you are now, Hido's weapon/slave/etc....
2. I don't have to have it split 100/0 or 50/50 do I? I could have it split 70/30 it's easily enough to overpower you, and at 30% on Hido he's more than strong enough to beat Kikyo (not that they would fight around Kanshin anyways...)

Douka no Jutsu allows me to take the properties of an object that I am touching; and as your shadow chose to touch me in order to keep me in place, I chose to take on its properties - there is no rule in the Douka no Jutsu saying "cannot take on the properties of shadow" Hell, Drago took on the properties of a windstorm and obliterated half of hidden leaf with it. Second: Quote: Douka Yahumuki: 900 Skill Points After performing the Bouka no Jutsu the user controls the object's materials that made their "body" and can send the materials to clash against the target. ( Must Know Douka no Jutsu) It was ruled in a previous fight that that technique allows me to retain control over what my body is composed of... Meaning I retain control OVER MY OWN BODY; which was my latest plan to get past your shadowbinding. Also; I would like to ask the question: what heart? I'm made of shadowflesh.

1. Clan beats non clan we can get a mods opinion on this but I am fairly sure that since Hido is a Nara and thus has been manipulating shadows (which you chose to become) his whole life, that he would have more control over you than yourself even if it is your body.
2. Since when has clones made of Crystal needed to breathe? Your made of shadows, that includes lungs

Also if I remember correctly, Douka no Jutsu let's you take on an element... last I checked darkness was an element not shadows...

If your talking about Douka Yahumuki I think that it doesn't specify elements so he would be able to change into a shadow but I think being a shadow would make it easier for him to control you if you changed... Yeah taking on the properties of a shadow wasn't a good idea. Say that out loud "I basically turned into a shadow against someone who manipulates shadows" I think you shouldn't be able to get damaged though in this shadow form

Voila and yeah I just looked at the thing he can turn into anything so that's not an issue. Hido has the technique as well he just normally turns into water... lol but yes

Yeah; but I tried using Douka Yahumuki once in order to break down an opponent's barrier by taking on its properties.
It was told I could only control my own body's substance, not that of other things made of the substance; so through that I am fairly sure that Douka Yahumuki allows me to retain full control of my own body despite if outside substances get mixed in with it; which is what I'm counting on to resist the Nara technique.
