"Hey, it's the killer," Jasmine said without glancing sideways. She had recognized London instantly, the strange man that fought with razor wire. "I remember you. How was the dame you took home?"
She consumed a fragment of ice, letting it rest in her mouth without crunching. The alcohol, with its unique taste, was everywhere. Jasmine would swear, the very air seemed to be humid with alcohol. Or maybe that was just the slow, easy-paced sense of drunkenness that the air was saturated with. It was intoxicating, nonetheless.
Music began to play.

Just then, Tony phone buzzed. "Oh, please excuse me" he said to Filipe. He then checked his phone to see what it said.
((what did it say again?))

((Let's see... ah, here it is! ^_^ )) lil_lollypop1 Laura walked out a happy camper with her new cell. Her 'foster aunt' would have to pay her bill and Laura had unlimited texting and calls." She walked back to the Mafia building. She got the bartender to give her Tony's number, and reluctantly, he told her. After learning how to figure her phone out, she texted Tony, praying it would work. "Hey Tony. I got a cell phone. Please don't kill me. Lawliet is being an idiot/ not listening to me. I don't know what he's doing." She sent it. "Texting is a pain..." She thought with a small sigh. "I hope he's not mad at me."

Tony read the text and frowned. So that was Lawliet. Well, I'm going to have a few words for the both of them he thought.
Tony put his phone away, then turned back to Felipe. He didn't bother texting back. "Sorry about that" he said.

Laura waited for Tony to reply and sighed. She knew he was mad, and she was praying that he would forget about it by the time he got back. Finally, she decided to call Lawliet and find out what he was doing.
"Hello? Lawliet?" Laura asked.
"Hey, what's up? I tried calling you a few times, but you didn't pick up. You still mad?" He asked.
"Yeah. I'm still furious. I threw the phone into the wall and broke it..." She admitted.
"Ok. I sent a few spiders in to scan the place out." He said.
"Spiders? Don't they explode?" Laura asked him.
"Only if you break them." He replied. "Don't worry. I got it all covered."
"That's what I'm worried about." Laura sighed.
"Better tell Tony then. It would be bad if he 'killed' on of my mechanical pets." Lawliet laughed.
"You b******! I'm going to kill you!" Laura yelled and hung up on him. He laughed and continued working.
Laura texted Tony again. "If you see any tiny mechanical spiders, don't break them. They will explode."
She sighed. "He's so going to kill me."
