@Shane: Having the chin closer to the neck is actually considered a masculine feature, since male necks are generally thicker than female. Besides, I tried that when fixing it a little. Only made things worse. When I get back from class, I'll smooth some more things out -- see if I can fix them.

lol how ive already learned all the raiton jutsu i can and i cant find a katon teacher XD and now that the leaf is destroyed my sensei left to go get a demon so there's nothing i can do ):

lol but im a lightning fire based ninja and im still a gennin so unless you come to konoha i cant leave yet XD
and i want to make the ultimate lightning ninja so i have to get my character stronger so i can learn more raiton jutsu

Er, only if he's a chuunin.... or has a bloodline.
Otherwise, you'll have to wait for a Chuunin Exams. And here's a good, good tip:
It's not what you know - It's how you use it. Knowing all of the Raiton jutsu means nothing if you cannot use them effectively.

5 lightning jutsu are all i need to make a strong lightning character.

i do have a blood line the lightning one zeus rage or something XD i can use electricity any time but eventually ill over use it and damage my body i learn all raiton jutsu faster then other ninja and idk when the chunnen exam is???
