i wanted to use victini in a wifi battle but i didnt know it was one of the banned pokemon even on random matchups crying ive been using it since i got it at level 15 via the event. its so fun to use crying

Which is why I don't use legendaries... ever. It's easy to get attached to them.

victini can't be used in flat battles, and the random matches are done via flat rules.

Is there some sort of special trick to breeding Dream World Pokemon?
I'm trying to breed my DW Lickitung to get a Lickitung that has Could Nine and a Sassy nature, but I have yet to see any of my hatched Lickitung with Cloud Nine at all.
So I'm curious if I just have bad luck, or if I'm doing it wrong.

It's on serebii, if the female has the dreamworld ability, it supposed to be able to pass it down to the babies.

Try breeding with a Pokemon that has Synchronize? Or is that Natures?
