Here's a question.. I had four frickin' swinub with good natures and characteristics.. and each of them were stupid "Decent all around" and "very good in that aspect"
Is it because they're on Lv1 ?
Does a level one ever have Superior or outstanding?
Or you have to level them up to truly know?

There's this judge in the battle tower who gives you hints about how your IV's are..
And I keep getting crappy IV's.. is it because they're on level one?
Because my Mamoswine has "Relatively superior" potential overall
and he's "Fantastic" in that regard.. which is really good..
But her babies keep having s**t IV's..
