((No i wasn't going for the clone thing. more like a substitution thing xD))
Tai realized it was too late. One of the kunais slashed his face and he went falling to the ground. A loud thud sound was made when he hit the ground. The puppet gave an annoyed sigh and he undid the jutsu. The puppet standing on the branch turned into Tai and the Tai on the ground turned into the puppet. "Well that was useless." Tai said with an annoyed look. He pulled out two scrolls and placed them on the branch across from each other. He then began making hand signs and declared "Rising Twin Dragons!" Tai was covered in a veil of smoke as the scrolls shot into the air as two smoke dragons. Tai then jumped up in the center of the scrolls and as weapons began to appear he hurled them at Zeno as a rain of weapons. 'One of these has got to get through....or maby not. His hands are moving really fast.'

Taking their silence for acceptance Akuma leaped into battle. he rushed forward careful to stay clear of the spray of weapons. From his sleeve he drew one of the slim acupuncture needles his clan favored. He actually had quite a few of these slim deadly weapons stored on his person for all sorts of occasions. With a needle in each hand he took careful aim and then let loose one needle heading for each of Tai's legs. the needles were barely from his hands when he drew another set from his sleeves keeping them ready.

Zeno grew disgusted look on his face as this was really taking it out of him and this was his first fight ever as a shinobi. He continuosly rotated the metal wire around him blocking many of the projectiles but they didn't hold for long the metal wires broke but it gave Zeno time to escape from the barrage though his thigh was struck. He then pulled it out and said" Hey it seems we have a three way going now. What is your name?" Zeno quickly recovered his kunai and tied more metal wire on them. He then flung his right hand kunai at Tai while the left hand one flew towards Akuma.

Tai felt the slicing pain as the needles pierced his legs. 'I can't stop now. I have to keep going' Tai thought to himself as he noticed the other ninja out of the corner of his eye. He continued to throw weapons until he ran out. When he landed on the branch, Tai screamed in pain. He pulled the needles out of his leg and flinched as he did so. Tai glared at Akuma and yelled "What was that for!?!" Tai held on to his leg trying to ease the pain. He noticed the kunai Zeno had thrown and he quickly reached for a kunai. He flung it at Zeno's and it was deflected.

"You didn't hear me shouting, it was to get your attention, my Name is Mizu Akuma." Akuma nodded cheerily skipping back a few feet to avoid the kunai flung at him. He entered into a set of handseals intent on trying one of his new jutsus.

Zeno then smirked and said" Well nice to meet you Akuma." Zeno had noticed that both shinobi had dealt with his kunai. Zeno had held out for quite a while just using weapons. He then pulled his kunai back with the metal wire that he had attached to them and began spinning to try and strike his two opponents. The wind of metal wire in his gauntlet would continue to extend until the wire would run out. He would soon go back to using jutsu. He was extremely impressed by Tai's skills and Akuma's precision.

Tai saw the kunai getting closer as the wire extended. The throbbing pain in his leg wouldn't let him stand so Tai pushed himself off the branch. He knew landing on his feet would only hinder him more so he landed flat on his stomach with a thud. When he looked up he saw his puppet lying on the floor. Tai felt drained of his chakra after using so many techniques. He began commanding the puppet once more. The puppet got up and faced Zeno. It fired a poison gas bomb at Zeno and turned to Akuma. "Nice to meet you Akuma" Tai said flinching once more. The puppet then fired several kunais at Akuma.

Akuma completed his set of hand seals, his hands glowing sea green. As the kunai approached from both directions, Akuma reached down tearing a mini van size chunk of earth from the ground. Needles to say Tai's Kunai stuck ineffectively to the front of huge mass of land. Then arms still glowing Akuma was able to heave the huge earth mass above his head and then hurl it straight at Zeno's incoming wired kunai and Zeno himself. "Avalanche Tomb is the name of this technique,"

yoshi_mitsuko "Kurenai-sensei!" called Mitsuko as kurenai was about to walk away. Kurenai turned around with a wistful glance at Asuma and went to talk with Mitsuko. "Could you instruct me on some form of genjutsu?" asked mitsuko as nicely as she could muster. Kurenai looked kinda doubtful, thinking about her own duties to her team. Perhaps Kiba, hinata, and shino needed training too? Mitsuko noticed kurenai's uncertainty, but she really needed some genjutsu techniques, it was her area of weakness... Kurenai gazed at the girl and then decided that she was usually with her team anyways, and teaching something new to someone new wouldn't be that bad. tree bind death-2/7 Mitsuko followed kurenai up a narrow mountain path. She said that this was the ideal place to train in genjutsu. They got to a clearing and kurenai told Mitsuko to attack with genjutsu only. Mitsuko focused and activated hell viewing technique. suddenly, the entire clearing grew blurry and Asuma tumbled out with a knife in his back. Kurenai gritted her teeth and snickered, not actually falling for it. "that's a pretty good technique, it's kakashi's, am I correct? Kurenai made the tiger handseal and then cleared it by saying: "kai!!" The clearing went back to normal, the forests calm as ever. tree bind death-3/7

Mitsuko sighed and berated herself for being so obvious, but it wasn't her fault that genjutsu wasn't her thing...Suddenly, a tree grew out of the ground beneath her and wrapped around her leg, and then her torso. Mitsuko inhaled sharply and realized that this must either be a ninjutsu or a genjutsu. Mitsuko concentrated on thinking a way out of this. Do to her ignorance, she did not care to learn genjutsu release, now she had only one trick to get out.
Mitsuko concentrated and then her body started dissolving into flower petals. Kurenai knew this trick to, and made a few more handseals to try and trap Mitsuko in a counter genjutsu.

Suddenly, a large tree grew out and wrapped around Kurenai. Mitsuko smiled and appeared out of the tree. She had copied Kurenai's handseals, and now countered her counter-genjutsu. Now she couldn't use handseals. Kurenai sighed and dissolved away. The clearing went back to normal once again. Mitsuko asked Kurenai what the technique was called, and kurenai answered: tree bind death..."
Mitsuko already knew the handseals for it, and now she was drilhandseals into her head. Kurenai smiled at such a hardworking student and announced that it was time for break.

Mitsuko chowed down on the ramen while Kurenai and Asuma talked again. Mitsuko then began to wonder about a good friend of hers. He hasn't been seen around the leaf for quite a while, and although he usually trained extremely hard, it wasn't like him to be away from his homeland so much. But of course, she herself has changed alot in the past years, and things will no doubt change again in the future.
finishing her ramen, Mitsuko dished out the change and tip, then walked out to digest the food. Three gennins were chasing a fast cat around as a part of their mission, and Mitsuko followed them to watch.

Zeno then noticed that the puppet had launched a sort of bomb towards him and Akuma had through a huge chunk of earth at him. He then jumped above the chunk of earth and got high enough into the air to grab onto one of the higher branches in the canopy range of the trees. Zeno then cut the metal wires and thought I have gathered up more than enough chakra I'll need. I can't belieev i lasted that long with weapons only. He then jumped down from the tree wth his arms flowing behind him as he darted from branch to branch until he reached Akuma. He would then send several jabs of the gentle fist style towards him.
