Zero Omega Kinetic Dream Streamjumper Kinetic Dream Streamjumper Kinetic Dream So anyway, I was playing Survival Guide and got to watach the venture brothers tonight. I must say I'm impressed. xd Survival Guide? A stupid little browser based game. The thing is though, they give you three hundered turns right from the start. sweatdrop Basicly, nuclear fall out and you're trying to survive with other survivors, and lead them into the next nuclear age, until some dipshit blows up the world at the end of the month. No seriously. Every month. Like clockwork. Toss me a link to this bad boy... Alriiiighty~ So quick AX re-cap.
First day: Stood in line for about two and a half to three hours to get my badge. Then went directly to the CLAMP Panel line and sat there for two hours. Saw the CLAMP Panel which was alright, it was really more of a re-cap of what they've done than any kind of news of progression with their series. Still interesting to hear about them and how they work (for Tsubasa Chronicles fans, it has a pre-determined ending, so make your guesses). Got out at 5pm and went around the Dealer's Hall until it closed.
Second day: Stood in one long line for the Dealer's Hall (it reached into the parking lot!). Finally got in and looked around until 3pm where I went outside. I met with Shouj', Marni!!!, Hila, Azure (the new guildie, friend of Shouj' and Hila), and Mala. We all hung out together and got in line for the Gaia Panel (which was pretty god damn long, over 1000 people went), finally had to part ways at midnight.
Third day: Stood in line for the Dealer's Hall again (not so bad this time, at least I was inside), then around noon I went out to get ready for the Gaia Social. I met the guy who cosplayed as Liam and we hung out for a bit. When the admins came out, every got into a frenzy. Got four postcards (Casino Postcard, EMOte postcard [x3]), for the casino and one EMOte signed by Locke, Lanzer, and Jakobo. Locke signed the other three EMOte postcards as well. Free stuff was given out, got my hands on a Kiki Kitty and Kiki Kitty Shirt (female; large). Mala found me and we met up and got in line for posters and autographs. We went back inside where we met Locke and Ling and got to discuss stuff not related to Gaia with 'em, they found the RO gathering and I asked 'em how it felt to be considered and treated like normal people at the RO gathering, they said it was great. Locke made a sign that said, "KYRIE PLZ!" (Or something like that). Afterwards Mala and I headed to the Dealer's Hall (after she let me put down my stuff in her hotel room heart ). Dealer's Hall closed, I got my stuff and left for the day.
Fourth day: Stood in line again, was really tired this day. Got inside the Dealer's Hall and spent the last of my money, looked around for Mala for a bit and couldn't find her. I sat down outside of the Dealer's Hall a lot this day 'cause I was finally getting tired and there wasn't much else to check out. Left around 2:30 'cause I had to catch the bus from the convention center into Downtown LA (about a two hour ride with the bus passing every hour). Got home and relaxed.

They have that option? Awesome! I gotta get back into Blackjack (I found this really nifty guide that everyone says works really, really well. The guy who made it is a profession blackjack player in real life and really has this game analyzed) so I can get some tickets for it.

Whirling Dervish Streamjumper Why do so many One Piece fans use the same two arguments whenever someone says they don't like One Piece? And why the ******** do they think EVREYONE has to like that show? In case you've not seen my epic struggles with this bunch, here's the two "points" they all make when they see someone who doesn't like it. 1> "Watch it subbed." - This argument gets used whether you openly state that you saw it subbed or not and even if you mention having watched it before it even got licensed. 2> "You have to watch/skip at least up til somewhere in the second season... that's where it gets interesting/badass." - Seriously, why the ******** should I have to force myself to watch 10+ hours of something (Or read recaps just so I have a clue) just to get to where it gets good? Do these people expect me to believe that they go to the movies and pay money to sit through 90 minutes of shitty movies just so they can get to the 20 minutes of climatic action at the end? Do they watch entire ******** football seasons that don't interest them just to see if the Superbowl is their ******** cup of tea? To any members of the Anti-Guild who watch One Piece: Thanks for not being utter jackasses like the rest of your fellow fans. I would surely destroy you for good if you displayed any of the common traits these ******** possess. You're very welcome. I completely understand that we don't all have to like the same things. 3nodding Ditto. You've made your position clear and, while I don't really agree with it, it's not my place to try and challenge it.
