Shiny Relicanth? Lucky...
The only shiny pokemon I've ever found in the wild was a shiny Magikarp. In Heartgold. So I was forced to keep it a Magikarp, because otherwise, it's just be a red Gyarados, and it wouldn't be special at all. T-T

pokemanzcat It's a shame that I've had to pop in and pop out so much, one of these days I'm just gonna sit in the thread for 15 hours, and be as useful as possible after all the help you all have given me.
Despite my extreme business, I've still been very intrigued by some of the lesser used pokemon, that I've never really liked, but I feel deserve some credit, and I've got two more sets that I'd love it if ya'll could critique.
Ludicolo @ Leftovers Water Dish EVs 252 HP 252 Sp. D 4 Def. Substitute Leech Seed/Synthesis Toxic Protect
Something with Drizzle sets up rain, I can get enough HP back from Lefties, Ability, and Leech Seed to keep me well alive. It's naturally Bulky, so Synthesis may be unnecessary, or it could be lethal.Toxic and Leech Seed wear everything down until its dead.
Ludicolo @ Leftovers Water Dish EVs 252 HP 252 Atk 4 Sp. D Substitute Leech Seed/Swords Dance Focus Punch Elemental Punch/Waterfall/Seed Bomb/Fake Out
Again, it has rain for recovery. Less defensive, but it can also pack a much greater punch. Once again, I have substitute and leech seed, but this time around I've got a SubPunch bit on it, and another physical move, probably Ice Punch, but some STAB would be nice. If I put SD on it instead of Leech Seed, it really won't be a wall at that point, and much more of a physical sweeper, in which case I'd want more speed EVs, and a different item, i.e. a Muscle Band, Expert Belt, or Red Card. Possibly even Swift Swim rather than Water Dish. I think Drizzle+Swift Swim is Uber right now though so IDK.
Any feedback is appreciated, I'm on such a pokemon high right now, that I tend to just be churning movesets out. Personally I'm digging the physical set right now, since due to my poor prediction skills, all of my special walls tend to be pretty ineffective. Next up on my list to look at is Accelgor.
<333 First set up = completely useless against a ferrowthrorn, who is immune to both leech seed & toxic.
however, otherwise it looks pretty usable, raindish + leech seed + lefties + protect would allow you to recover a lot of HP, more than enough to keep up a sub... however, he's not fast enough to get the sub up before taking an attack, limitin the usefulness, and he isn't THAT bulky... it may work well in UU, I'm not sure...
a swift swim, life orb, set is very effective... in fact ludicolo is one of the 3 pokemon that was most used with dizzle... you can't use drizzle anymore with swift swim, but you can still use it with a rain dancer.
anyways, as for your second set, not sure how good it will be... giving up bulk for offense might be counter-productive. kinda something you'd need to test out I think. but losing protect gets rid of a lot of the HP recovery.

Hm, thanks Bunneh. I wasn't considering how it would deal with other walls, and Ferrothorn would rip it to pieces.
I probably should have focussed my thoughts more on making a special set, with choice scarf to outspeed everything, and Max Spe. Atk. For some reason I totally forgot about Life Orb, but with that kind of recovery, your right, it would be very effective.
I will have to test it later, thanks for reminding me of the common threats. What do you think of this:
Ludicolo @ Life Orb Water Dish EVs 252 HP 252 Sp. Atk 4 Spd Protect Leech Seed Ice Beam HP Ground/Surf

I was going to add Ludicolo to my line-up for the Water Gym, but decided against it. I'm much too offensive a player to include a strategy like his.

Personally, I feel the same way, but I use way too much offense in my play, and if I don't start incorporating some walls and stalls, I'll just continue to be taken out by Choice Scarf Garchomp and the like.
Variety certainly can't hurt me any at this point. sweatdrop

The Water/Rock types might have it. I know Relicanth does for a fact, and that new turtle beastie probably carries it too. Carra-something or other.
I don't think Omanyte does, but it's a possibility.
