He may have tried not to meet anyone's gaze, but Sub caught a glimpse of the hybrid out of the corner of his eye and grinned, turning his own stare in the opposite direction. "Hey, do you guys smell something? Smells like...a dirty ole fox that wasn't bathed in weeks. Is Night around? No, it's not her...hm, who could it be?" He pondered aloud.

Perhaps just as Sub planned, Ship stepped into the open, arms crossed in a huff. "Sub," he said, and one ear twitched. "You can't play coy with me. I would not go two days without a shower, much less weeks without."

Hook-line-sinker.

"Good question, Blizz, something's been making me wanna hide behind an air freshener for a while now... I think it's you." Cera spoke up.

Sol didn't say anything this time. He was a little surprised to hear that come from her.

Much as I chuckled at Blizz's question, I chose that moment to take my leave. There wasn't anything for me here, and Sub's hygiene ranked pretty highly on the list of things that aren't any of my business.

With that, I adjourned to the main lobby. After hearing a voice I didn't recognize and following it, I found Chaos in the kitchen with, as I thought, someone I didn't know.

"'Sup? Has been a while, huh?" Chaos responded to Damon.

"You know this guy?" I had to ask.

"Yeah," Chaos said with an armfull of foodstuffs. "New guy, joined up a while ago."

"Has he even been outfitted?" I asked.

"~/~ if I know," Chaos shrugged best he could. "Thought that was your department. Though you were gone when he showed up."

I facepalmed and backed up a bit to make room.

Keiko, while this was going on, took a minute to recall what had happened back then. "Well, it's two things, on my end. One, I worry. A lot. Especially when it comes to people I care about. Two, I've been in some pretty bad relationships before, so I'm really trying not to be an overbearing girlfriend for Al, partly due to his... well... have you ever heard him stutter around people? I know he's been getting better about it since joining the team, so don't feel bad if you haven't. Though I don't know why you'd feel bad about that... sorry, I'm rambling."

Keiko shrugged and offered a sheepish smile as a way of apology for rambling.

I couldn't help but to sweatdrop when Sub mentioned it. I was trying to joke in actuality when he made that comment when Ship came in. "...um...okay then."

Ship glanced from Sub to Blizz, then Ceramew. They were right -- she really had changed. That operation must have been terrible...Then there was this cat lady he didn't know, but he could more properly introduce himself some other time.

"Regardless of my current status, a born duke will take a certain pride in his hygiene," he said. "But that's not the point. I came as soon as I heard what had happened, Sub. Is everything alright?"

"Yeah, everything seems fine now, Ship. I just feel a little weak, and tired, is all." He admitted.

Krystal smiled and nodded as she listened to the girl. She didn't have much in the way of relationship experience. Before Terashi the girl had only ever had one boyfriend. "You know, I think Al likes it better when you're just yourself. As for being overbearing, I'm positive that once you guys get more comfortable with each other, that'll go away. And I don't mind rambling." She smiled at Keiko in return, honestly not minding.

Freya watched on at the scene with Deino and Shark, laughing a little when the previously ill Pokemon did a little dance around and again, lightly, when the Pokemon seemed to flop down and be rather tired. "Don't overdo it now, Deino, you wouldn't want to get yourself sick again." The brunette said with a smile.
