I'm glad not all the funny parts were shown in the commercial. I think it was good.

Yeah, that was a definate plus. The ending was pretty funny, I mean who throws a katana? xd
Has anyone seen Speed Racer yet? I just saw it today, and I must say it was amazing!

Yeah when I saw the previews I felt the same way, but yes it's amazing. There is lots of comedy and lots of action. It kinda starts off a little slow, but once you get to the racing it becomes so intense. And the animation is both visually pleasing and entertaining. I personally give it two thumbs up. whee mrgreen

I finally saw Indiana, and yeah.. it didn't quite live up to the reputation, but I thought it was entertaining and good. I would not be discouraged watching another with Shia as the lead. He has done numerous roles along side big names and I think he is a great actor, at young age too.

I don't really think much of him. But I think maybe that's because he's never been given roles that are that different from each other. My favourite actors are Johnny Depp and Nicholas Cage...they both have played characters that greatly differ from one another. I'm not fond of actors that just play "themselves" in movies..like Tom Cruise for example. I'd like to see Shia really work in a role..rather than just do what he always does.
I wouldn't like to see him play the lead role in another Indiana movie...if he's gunna be his son then he pretty much needs to fill his shoes, and I just don't think you can do that well in movies..or in anything really...no matter who the actor...I know he shouldn't replace Indy because he's a different person but he got a hell of a reputation to live up to...

Yeah, and it's other flaw is that they hadn't nocked out all the kinks. Every now and then the voices would get off from the picture and it really threw off the feel of the movie. xd xp

The film went black during the mod fight scene in the diner...and didn't come back on until Indy and Mutt were getting on the motorbike. sweatdrop

My excuse for a crappy showing is the fact that I'm fairly confident the viewing I went to see was the first time my theater had used digital projection. xp
