((Inside the Medicine Cat's den, Showerstar and Dewleaf are trying to deal with The injured Willowcloud. (Who was supposed to have been attacked by Silentcloud a few pages ago) And outside of camp Lotusleaf and Duskfeather are hunting. As for inside the camp, nothing is really going on.))
Willowsong looked down at Mudkit. "You seem troubled." She meowed to her daughter. Thistlekit's eyes danced around, she wanted to be doing something besides sitting. She looked at Riverkit, who's sightless eyes just stared at nothing, then let her gaze rise up to her mother. Her eyes were a bit narrow, irritated with restlessness.
Showerstar didn't seemed so shocked, he watched Willowcloud carefully. Sorrow dripped off him like ice. His golden eyes looked at Dewleaf, and they dulled. "She's traumatized." He meowed, stating the obvious. His eyes flickered back to Willowcloud. He tried not to mutter a curse under his breath. "If new kits arrive by her we'll know who the father is." He meowed, and looked at Dewleaf questioningly. The Leader seemed surprisingly undisturbed. Duskfeather's eyes narrowed further. She padded on a bit, listening, watching.

Dewleaf tries to find some comfort or ease of mind in her leader's calm words, but nothing comes. Vaugely, she even wondered just how Showerstar could keep so composed in the height of this delima. None of her training could have prepared her for this, and even more, how to deal with it. "S.... Shower...." she stutters, then shakes uncertianty and shock from her fur. "How do you want me to treat her? I'm... at a loss." she admits, feeling if not a little ashamed for her lack of knowledge. Lotusleaf looks up, vole in his jaws, and flicks his ears questioningly torward Duskfeather. "What's wrong? You scent something?" he mews, droping his catch.

Showerstar's golden eyes warmed soothingly on Dewleaf for a few moments, passing over to Willowcloud. He looked thoughtful. "How does she react when you touch her?" he asked. The leader seemed somewhat emotionless, but he did look tired. His eyes flickered all over Willowcloud.
"No, I just..." Duskfeather let her voice fall quiet, her ears flickering about. "Am being cautious...feeling alarmed." She meowed, thinking about the reflection again, listening for both sounds of prey and anything else. Before too long she was going after a thrush.

((Let's just say, after the warriors came back, Copperdance went back to the elder's den, since I was gone for so long. Sorry I wasn't on, between Writer's Block and trying to get a job, I haven't had much time to RP))
Copperdance relaxed in the Elder's den. It was so much fun telling the stories to the kits, and they were such good listeners. She purred happily to herself. She then looked up to the Medicine den and hoped Willowcloud would be okay.

Sunflare padded out of the warriors den and looked at the medicine cats den, Hoping Willowcloud would be alright. She suddenly felt like she needed to get out of camp. She padded out and decided to go hunting. She spotted a thrush, and before it could see her, she had already pounced and made her catch and scraped some dirt over it.Then her ears pricked uneasily as she heard rustling in a nearby bush. She waited a moment, then padded on.

Dewleaf answers her leader swiftly, feeling a bit more under control thanks in big part to him. "Not at all really...." She mews, casting her gaze to the warrior at her paws. "She flinches sometimes, but I believe it's just reflexes, not actually her responding." She finishes by demonstrating, gently poking Willowcloud's head with her paw, her patient not reacting. "I know it's not a physical wound that has caused this, and nothing feels broken.... Do you suppose that he made her eat something? I dont know when it could have happened with this being so sudden, but that is the only explination I have." Lotusleaf stared after her for only a few moments, slightly concerned, but pushes it away. 'I need to stop worrying so much. Duskfeather is fine. She can very well take care of herself.... And I would probably get my ears clawed off if she found out I worry about her.' His ears twitch back as if they had imagined thier being cut off, then swivel back into place, getting back on task. After some time, the sun was begining to sink below the trees, and the deputy had hunted more than he could carry. "Duskfeather." he calls out to her nearby. "Lets start heading back to camp."

Sunflare was satisfied. She'd caught at least half her weight in prey, and was now heading back to camp as the sun was sinking. All the way there, she wondered to herself about the rustling in the bushes. Was it not just a mouse? Could it have been.. She shuddered at the thought of joining Willowcloud in the medicine cat's den. Oh well, It probably was just a mouse. She added her catch to the fresh-kill pile and grabbed a magpie for herself, eating it in two hungry gulps.

Showerstar looked thoughtful. "I don't know how he could've made her eat anything..." He meowed. "I think perhaps it is a mental....state of illness." He meowed, watching Willowcloud carefully. Duskfeather shortly after returned to Lotusleaf with two a thrush and a water vole in her mouth. It wasn't a large amount of prey, but her luck hadn't been so great where she had been hunting. Her heather eyes flickered over Lotusleaf's catch. "Quite the nice job." She meowed.

Dewleaf's eyes grew darker slightly as she gazed at her patient, somesort of invisible weight upon her shoulders. "Then there's nothing else I can do for her." she mews bluntly. "It's all in the paws of Starclan now." She reguards Willowcloud again, slowly, feeling the deep pit of helplessness in her that was always acompanied by death. Lotusleaf blinks then shuffles his paws and looks away, feeling flustered. "Um... thanks. Thank you. I just.... I guess I got a little carried away." he mews sheepishly, eyeing his pile of three water voles, a squirrel, two mice, and a small bird. "I haven't hunted in a while." he amends, smiling a little at Duskfeather.

Sunflare woke up the next morning, and decided to check on Willowcloud. "Is she going to be okay?" she asked Dewleaf and Showerstar when she got there, knowing they couldn't answer.

Showerstar brushed Dewleaf's pelt with his tail comfortingly. "We we all do what we can for her." He meowed. "It is not singularly your burden." he meowed. his golden eyes landed on Snflare as she entered. His ears flickered, trying to think of the correct words to say. Duskfeather laughed a bit. "No matter, we can always use the extra." She meowed. She smiled at Lostusleaf. "But I think I'll be needing to help you carry it." She chuckled.

Dewleaf nods and lightens her mood at her leaders touch. "I know." she tells him before Sunflare pads in, then answers the she-cat for Showerstar. "Her wounds are'nt serious, and she is healing quickly. Starclan and I are both doing everything as best we can." she mews honestly. Lotusleaf replies to Duskfeather with another sheepish smile. "Please...?" he mews to her, half joking, then grabs the three voles and a mouse by their tails, cramming his mouth before flicking his tail and warily making his way toward camp.

Showerstar nodded an agreement, his golden eyes on Sunflare. Duskfeather laughed a bit at Lotusleaf, before laying on the ground and managing to roll a bit and toss the squirrel over the top of her back and shoulders. She crammed her mouthful and padded along her way, balancing the the squirrel with skill, feathery fur flowing from her long tail as she extended it out for balance.
