Ryuji laughed, nodding. Yeah, I unfortunately know that screw bag that bangs my brother, he hissed in thought of Tatsumi. I don't feel much different, he said with a shrug. Maybe I'm just being more agreeable.
It's nice to see you again, Lucius, Ashili said, standing before him, bowing lowly. She offered him a seat before sitting back down, pouring him a cup of tea. Something's troubling you, ne?

Lacuna raised a brow at the statement and cocked her her head in a are you serious? manner. "You're ******** brother is Rei's boyfriend? Jesus christ, isn't that taking the cake." Lacuna laughed for a moment and smiled to Ryu.
"Ryuji, why're you so kind to me?", she asked nudging him jokingly. "I just meant you seem a bit off, like I said though, not sure, just a vibe I guess."

Yeah, my piece of s**t older brother is Rei's little b***h, Ryuji coughed, taking another drink of the half-empty soda. He looked to her, thinking for a long time. I don't know why I'm so nice to you. Usually I can help it, and act the same to everyone, typically like a b*****d. But something about you makes me... want you to like me back... I mean, like me... he said quickly looking down and away at his slip.
Ashili smiled prettily to Lucius, shaking her head as she scooted the cup across the table to him. Come now, tell me what's wrong...

"Nothing's wrong, everything is as it should be in the world. You were right, and Iw as wrong," he said flatly, picking up his cup, but not drinking, "Tristian left me and is now with ... some girl. He hasn't been home for almost two days. He ... he was with her."
There was a knot in his throat and his voice broke. He gritted his teeth, angrily, and took a drink of the tea, quickly, to clear his throat.

Don't... ever compare me to Rei, Ryuji said, shuddering. You... like me? he said, an even tone before laughing, shaking his head. I like you, too, you're definitely somethin' else... he said quickly to sweep other feelings under a rug.
Ashili's smile melted away to reveal a frown as Miyoko exited the room. She reached a hand across the table, grasping one of Lucius' with her own icy grip. Tristian is difficult to understand. He comes from a complex family, one that only exists to, essentially, breed. It's something he can't control, as far as his relations to the woman. As for him not coming home in two days, that's something that's put on his shoulders, I'm not sure how to explain that... but I know he cares deeply about you, she said, her voice soft and comforting. Her vibrant green eyes moved from the lock they held on his to the table.

Lacuna shrugged. "Rei's not so bad, I sort of kind-of fancyhimalittle.", she said. "Considering your brother is ******** him though, I suppose that crosses that option out. It's about time I start dating though. Seeing as how Jakkin and Suru have made it pretty obvious they have no interest in me or my feelings..."
"Of course I like you! You've been a great friend to me thus far, why wouldn't I like you?", she asked with a tilted head. "I'm something else, how so?"

He balled his hands into fists and shuddered, sharply, suddenly gasping, sharply. in pain.

Not that I care, of course, he added quickly. He looked to Lacuna with a slight smirk. You're somethin' else, as in, I've not met someone like you before... And... dating? You're in the right. Find yourself a good man.
Ashili sat back, looking at him, watching his moves. Please, calm yourself before you harm yourself.Stop being so stubborn, she said, her voice practically pleading. I would not lie to you, I don't know what to do to help you, if you don't believe me. There is nothing else I can say, but things happen like that.

He couldn't hear her. Pain shot between his emples and his eyes blurred, sending waves of nausea through his system, as he fell forward, gasping.Again, so soon. Again, Tris was stabbing him in the back.
"Ashili!" he whined, urgently.

Lacuna shrugged. "I don't think it'll be that easy to find anyone interested, but then again, maybe I'm just not meant to be with anyone. I don't think I'll be doing too much persuing, maybe for once, I'll let someone persue me." Lacuna stole more of Ryuji's soda and thought for a long while. "It's weird to think they're really gone and I'm alone, again..", she said bowing her head.

Ryuji laughed, nodding to Lacuna. I know what you mean... Being alone isn't so bad... I've done it my whole life. I'm a horrid boyfriend, I've tried, he admitted, looking down. I needed a break from her... I guess I can't deal with someone... who's so nice, I guess... Or maybe I'm just like my father, a horrible lover...
Ashili's eyes opened wider as she shot around the table, wrapping her arms very tightly around Lucius, embracing him closely. As a goddess, her powers were very strong, though she wasn't sure exactly how to help, she poured her healing energies into his body. Please, let me help... she whimpered sadly.

Lacuna kept her head low and nodded, not in agreement, but understanding. "I hate being alone. There's nothing I enjoy or like about it in the least." Lacuna shrugged. "I suppose that's something I'll have to get over. Though there's nothing wrong with being alone, it's not something I prefer. I've had enough of that to last me a lifetime. I just want to be happy, for real this time."

He shuddered, shrugging her off and tilting his head up, eyes scanning the kitchen. He pointed out a row of drawers,s huddering,
"I need a knife, a sharp one."
Whether she hesitated or not, he felt she had, and he gasped again, shouting,
"DO IT!"
