He'd taken note of the ring,for it had awakened him.He nodded to himself a bit as he thought.She was obviously upset.Getting to his feet he checked to make sure the blankets were in place.There wasn't much else he could do for her yet.Not without knowing more,or knowing what Kai wished of him.The best he could do is guard her from whatever external forces he could fight.He hoped that when she awoke,he might be able to get her to eat.To build her strength back up bit by bit.

*Than was awake in the main room, also waiting for Kai to wake up. For now, he would wait until planning a defense against Apollo until he received nana's information. Right now he was once again going over what he should and shouldn't say to Kai. He knew he would have to start by making sure she knew he was here to help..... not to be mad at her for keeping the child a secret from him*

*kaiori sits up slowly, she looks at the man with no name and feels a pang of feeling for him, she walks over to her window and pushes on the glass, in her white dress she slips out and falls to the ground, she starts to walk into the forest, trying to think, it was hard to walk and her head felt heavy, it was from the lack of food and water, she wouldn't last too much longer without it*

*Than hears the small "thump" on the grass outside and blinks* Hmm? *He moves over to Kai's room, peeks in, and sees just the man he'd felt before leaning against the bed. He notices the open window and moves over to it. Seeing Kaiori walk away, rather weakly, he sighs and heads back into the main room then to the kitchen. He grabs a piece of bread which had remained fresh, though uneaten and walks out the door. He starts to circl around the house to get to where Kaiori was*

*kaiori's right wing drags on the ground, it had yet to heal since she didn't have any powers left in her, as she walks she pulls off her bandages even if the wound had yet to heal, she stops to lean on a tree and the starts walking again, she wasn't really going any where, just trying to get away...*

*Than was silent as the forest as he moved. He watches her sadly. He quietly comes up to her left side and reaches out his right hand for her left shoulder, placing it ever gently on her shoulder, the piece of bread was in his other hand*.....Konnichi wa.....Kaiori-san.....

*He doesn't smile nor pretend to be happy. Seeing as his hand wasn't wanted he simply puts it at his side for now*......TJ-sama told me what happened........ *He closes his eyes* I didn't come here to lecture you on anything, not now. I'm just here for you right now.........

"I...What I mean is I-" The stranger blinked himself awake.He'd been sleeptalking,shrugging he got up.He noticed that Kai was missing,and the window was open.He raised a brow to it,then shrugged again and hopped through.A gentle thud marked him hitting the ground,as he followed towards the two.At his pace,it would take him less then half of a minute to catch up.His right hand drifted to his pistol,just in case.

...well.. thanks for being here *she turns around and starts walking again, her bare feet padding softly on the ground and her left wing flapping from time to time as the right stays low without moving*

*He took a quick breath and started after her again, this time keeping his pace equal to hers so he stayed a few feet away*..... Kaiori-san..... I know you're suffering from this..... but I'm not trying to preach anything to you.... nor am I going to smile hoping you will do the same. I know it hurts..... but I won't try to find out how much. But Kaiori-san, even if you couldn't protect your child...... you didn't do anything wrong....... if you want to blame someone then I ask that you blame me. I'm at least partly responsible....... Just the night before the fight I told you I would be there for as long as I was able.... and I failed you when you needed that support...... If I were there..... your child might still be alive... *He looked to her, waiting for her to turn and snap at him for either not being there or for being a sentimental brat. Either way, Than was determined to get Kai to open herself up again, gradually*

The nameless one slipped along silently listening.Whether or not they knew of him didn't interest him.He wasn't hiding,he was just walking behind them,each step as silent as the last.In his mind he was near raging,but was kept at bay by other things.To think Than,who couldn't be more then a year or two old,was talking about knowing something.Shrugging he just continued.He'd let the boy have his chance at making her happy.

I could have run away..I could have..done.. so many things..but you ask me to blame you ?..because you said something...maybe I do..I already blame the world....maybe *she mutters without much point as she sits by one of the many ponds in the forest, her right wing bends oddly as she sits and she washes her shaking hands clean of blood*

*Than stood a little to the left of Kai and looked over the pond, still holding the bread in his hand* I see. Maybe you could have Kaiori-san...... but would you have? Would that really have made you feel right? *He looked up a little* You always put others before yourself, whenever I saw you do anything. If not for you.... maybe Crystal-san or Irvine-sama would be the ones who didn't survive. I don't know what would have happened Kaiori-san. All I know is that I don't believe you did anything wrong. *he sits on his knees* It doesn't matter to me one bit that it was Apollo's child..... and nor did you. You were an angel trying to care for a non-angelic child. Only a true mother, a mother who truly cared, would do that Kaiori-san. You tried to give life to an innocent being..... no one has the right to say you were a failure of a mother. You don't have to suffer Kaiori-san....... no one's asking you to be perfect. The fact that you tried what you did was more than anyone would expect of you. *He looks towards her* Kaiori-san.... I truly am sympathetic for what happened. I know it's not my place to do anything..... I could never understand the pain you're in. But....... continuing your suffering.... won't close those wounds. I'm not saying you should feel proud to be alive or anything...... I'm saying that you can't let this......tragedy blind you to what you really tried to do. You did everything anyone could have hoped from a mother..... fate.... was just cruel.... *He looks down*

people make their own fate Than..*she shakes her hands dry and sighs*I don't know what you want Than... why do you care if I get better or not.. if you think I can get over the death of my child..then I bet you can get over me killing myself..I've done it before after all...*she rubs her eyes with her wrists..it was getting harder and harder to get up..maybe some day soon she just wouldn't*
