WELCOME TO THE CARNIVAL FREE CUSTOM RAFFLE YAYYYY A few things before I gets started!
If you are on CHARACTER COOLDOWN - meaning:
It's been less than two months since you got your last free character. Auctions, Gaia bribes and RL bribes/customs do not count towards this.
You have reached your max character limit, meaning you have 6 characters that are not at final stage (once a character reaches final stage, they no longer count towards character limit).
- then you cannot win a custom, sorry!
If you are rolled for both the custom raffle and premade raffle, you will have to pick between the two! You cannot get both characters!
Please wait until I have finished rolling the entire list (sorry) before sending in your preferences!

First of all CONGRATULATIONS!! You are now part of the suffering I hope you enjoy your death solos.
Please PM your preference list to WE ARE HALLOWEEN. <--- LOOK IT'S A HANDY PM LINK! biggrin PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LISTS TO ZOO OK. Your preference list should have the same number preferences as your number rolled! i.e. if you were #6 rolled, you should have 6 choices on your list!
Make sure your list is clear!
Once you have been CONFIRMED by the mule as to which prize you've won, you are then initiated free to go post an enrollment thread here! For more information on how to set everything up, go here. You will be setting it up as an ENROLLMENT since these are pre-existing premades. Make sure you read the information provided for each faction to help you get adjusted to the setting!
Once you think you are ready for your application to be reviewed to get ready for RPING, please post HERE.
Once you have been ACCEPTED, you may post for their certs here! For Halloween students, you are free to make your own emblem, or you may ask our lovely artist Lucyal for one here!
As this is a free character keep in mind we will give all players 1 month to set up their character or granted custom for enrollment to check in. If a player has not done so in one month, we will be forced to rehome the character. sad
