 The Next Shinigami ◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆••• Shira gave a nervous laugh "Sorry to get you involved, we will try and finish up here." she said before sensing something and looking towards Harold as he was about to hit Atticus "Atticus, watch it!" she called. She was hoping he would notice before it was too late. She got ready to move over there to assist Texas and Mirai before looking at Emma. Why wasn't she doing anything? Of anyone here, she was one of the ones most likely to stand a chance against Harold. •••◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆

"Wh-" Before he knew it, Atticus felt a blunt force hit him in the back of his neck. Falling to his knees, Atticus looked up at Harold, "H-Harold......y-you.....b*****d." he muttered before collapsing on the ground, unconscious. This would prove a great example for all of that were the, even a skilled and powerful fight such as Atticus can be defeated if he lets his guard down. His one mistake was thinking of Harold as a friend and trusting him. ✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾

Leo Devellis  Leo suddenly stepped out next to Atticus. "I agree with the girl, lets take this out side. Before you hurt anyone else." Leo raised a hand, revealing several cords in his hand, at which he gave a sharp tug. Synchronous to the tug, several black, feathery panes came from the corners of the room and encased the furry man. He then kicked the black coffin out one of the cafe' windows, sending Harold out right before the feathers dissipated around him, leaving only himself to save his fall.. S tatus: Acting.F eeling: Healthy.O OC: I hope this is alright, It's not like Leo actually hurt Harold.

Kai grimaced and stood up from her seat. "Shira? Just tell me. Because right now as I see it is that your weapon is probably going to become delusional from that hit and we have a hostile force in our prescence." she said. Small as she was, Kai could seriously pack a punch right now.

Partner: Kai Mori Galaxus sipped some more water as the diner was filled with an air of aggression. He glanced from Shira to Kai, to the creature outside, then to everyone else in the diner. It was obvious to Galaxus that he could do nothing that would help this situation, so he stayed seated. He picked up a fork and stabbed it through a piece of lettuce, lifting it to his lips and eating it. "So much for a peaceful evening." He muttered with a sigh. Raine StrifeHart I apologize once again for my absence. I was camping for the first few days of my summer vacation and i couldn't get ahold of a computer or phone.

Kai smiled and turned to Galaxus. "I know right? Don't worry, you can sit this out. If anything happens I can pack a punch." she said punching the air quickly to demonstrate her point. She grabbed her tray of fries and turned to Shira. "Fries?" she offered as she awaited an answer.

A few seconds later she aimed to slam the back of her hand against a pressure point on Mirai and Texas' shoulder to knock them both out. Mirai did not see this coming and didn't expect it from Emma either. She collapsed and landed in one of Emma's arms and was ready to grab Texas and leave once he collapsed. "Clean and simple..." she muttered, looking at Harold "You want both, Mutt?" she asked. Instead of her usual cheerful attitude she was much more dead serious and blank almost as she looked at him. Shira ignored Kai's offer for a fry and walked over near Emma to stop her. Both had a stare down for a few moments until Shira looked over at Kai "We got it..." she said. Obviously there was something she had planned. The capture of Texas could not be stopped but they could possibly prevent his death if they played their cards. Shira went over to Atticus and put a wavelength pulse through him to try and wake him up. She needed a group ready in order to fulfill whatever plans she had in mind. "You can all go back to how you were. I got this issue and we will handle it." she said to them. ☾  ((Note: shira and emma have plans =w= *rubs hands together deviously. Anyway, let's try and move this issue over to the missions shortly so rpers can enjoy their meal 3nodding ))

Weston Harp You can't physically move someone's character without their permission, otherwise people would be moving each other all over the place sweatdrop Some men just want to see the world burn... And I just want to show them. Never again... Will I be bound in chains...  As Harold fell backwards, he quickly landed on his hands and flipped over into a hunched position, launching himself back through the open window and skidding in just in time to see Emma knock out Mirai and Texas, catching them both. He looked over at the strange man who had momentarily covered him with feathers with an expression that promised revenge. Other people had obviously begun to notice the goings on and were considering whether or not to get involved. Harold knew he couldn't hang around long or he'd be overwhelmed by the sheer number of potential opponents. He was honestly surprised Emma had gone along with his plan so easily, though he was also pleased. He was too busy evaluating what to do about Theo to notice Shira and Emma's stare-down. With Emma on his side, Atticus, Texas and Mirai all KOed, and Shira, Kai and Galaxus not getting involved, Theo was the only one he had to get through for the moment before he could escape. All he needed now was for Noira Blackwing, the leader of the Blackwings, to be aware of the situation and get them out of there. "Stay out of my way, bird man. You have no idea who you're dealing with," he growled at him angrily. "I'm not taking this fight anywhere. I have two packages to deliver and a favor to get in return." Harold wasn't quite sure what the Blackwings wanted with Mirai and Texas, though he knew that once they had them the Blackwings would have accomplished 2 out of their 3 goals before they were prepared to destroy the DWMA. But that wasn't Harold's problem. He looked back to Shira when she said she "got the issue". She'd lost her Shinigami powers as the first part of the Blackwing's plot. What in the world did she think she was going to do? [[ugh, guys I'm sorry for posting so slow/disappearing for the past day or so. I thought I'd have a lot more free time during the summer since I'm only taking one class, but in the first week I got absolutely slammed with homework and it's taking me forever to get through it all. I should have a short break from tomorrow through the weekend before the next homework hammer falls sweatdrop ]]

Once Shira came to him and sent a wavelength pulse through his body, attempting to wake him up, Atticus slowly opened his eyes as the sound of the customers panicking and people talking, flooded his ears. Appearing somewhat out of it, Atticus looked over to Shira and then glanced around, suddenly his eyes grew larger as he recalled what happened, "T-That b*****d!" Sitting up, Atticus looked over towards Emma just as she spoke to Harold, "Emma?" he questioned, "What are you doing?" Atticus then saw that Emma and Harold both had Mirai and Texas. At that instant, Atticus' rage was reaching its limit, "I will not tolerate any betrayal. Consider yourselves dead!" he told the two of them as he was prepared to fight both Harold and Emma, with the intent to kill. "But I'll let you know I step into most of my situations unaware of what I'm dealing with, but over time I will find out, and I will come after you, and I will tear apart you and whatever organization you are using to justify your deeds." He shrugged, taking off his hat, continuing like they wanted to hear why. "Partly for fun; partly for fame. But apparently for this to continue you have to make your leave." "When did I start calling people only 3 years younger than me kids?" she wondered. "Anyways, me and you are on vacation. Feel like going anywhere? Or would you rather stay at home sweet home?"

"I kind of thought that calling people 'kids' would be natural after we graduated DWMA, but that's just me," he said as he glanced at the hole in the wall. "I kind of wanted to just stay at home for our vacation. Unless you wanted to do otherwise, that is. Did you have a place in mind?"
