Lili is okay because Lotte attacked before anyone had the time to throw.
But yes, for chucky it would be throw then dodge.
And you need to dodge every tomato individually, adding -1 to the second dodge.
And... Im a bit comfused with the Sammi/Lily post. It seems like if they both did an action with the same roll of dice? I dunno, could just have read it wrong.

Okay now i think i understand this whole multiple minus dodging with tomatoes.. right?
first time is normal second time is -1 and increasing -1 for every other tomato thrown at you.
