Jack woke up later his arms still around Alex and kissed her head closing his eyes, happy that she was there. He'd never leave her again and would never send her away. His life was with her and for all he knew, his uncle was still out there waiting to destroy him.

She smiled at him and she rubbed his chest and she thought of his Uncle adn where he could be at this very moment? She didn't want to think about it but she had a feeling she should.

Jack got up and dressed crossing to the dresser and took out his gun. "I'll out on deck alright?" He smiled at Alex and walked back kissing her softly, but deeply.

Jack smiled but shook his head. "No, stay here and rest. You look like you need it." He nodded down at her bandaged arm and sighed.

"Alex." He grabbed her chin gently and tipped her face up to look at him. He smiled and told her sternly. "I'm not going anywhere. No more weapons for you for awhile." He kissed her, softly at first, then hard and demaning, pushing her back into the bed.

"Good." He poked her nose smiling. "Now get some rest." He grinned putting a hand on her stomach and whispered in her ear softly, "It might just be a guess, but I think you may need to check for any life in here." He grinned kissing her before walking out the door.
