Noctis looked over when she said that goblins didn't like cats. He wondered how this girl was so serious about such a situation when it didn't even make sense."Thank you for the tip."He said to her, maybe he would have someone buy him a ninja cat he always heard those were good pets. He listened to her explanation. It must have been bad not having anyone to passed down your clan jutsu to you. He dismissed her appreciation of the scroll with a motion of his hand."Its my pleasure, and take you time with it I have gotten all I need out of it Harlow."He looked at her and had a small smile.

She didn't stop until sh was directly in front of the desk. She was a bit stunned when she walked into the room. The man sitting around the desk was not the Hokage. He looked way younger and less experienced. Eirlys eyed the room, wondering if maybe they were playing a trick on her. "You're not the Hokage. Where is he? And who are you?" Her childish voice and the pout she had on her face was a comedy all to itself, yet she sounded serious. She had no idea who the man was, and by the way she was getting worked up the cold aura around her seemed to get slightly colder.

Noctis looked at the young girl who had entered his office. She claimed that he was not the hokage and wanted to know who he was. "I am the new Hokage, Noctis Shinsetsu."He told her coldly but softly as well."The previous Hokage is retired and probably resting right now is his home."

Noctis had been waiting for the two shinsetsu to respond when another person entered. He heard yukiko hiccup and it was so cute he wanted to hold his little girl in his arms. Eclispe the spoke as if she thought she was talking to the other hokage. Thats when it struck him. He had forgotten to inform Ecilpse of his new title."Hello Night."He said to get her attention.

Noctis gave her a small wave and a smile hearing her correct herself. When he saw Yukiko reach for him he smiled and then she walked over to him as well. He smiled and picked her up. When Eclipse came over and wrapped her hands around him he placed one hand on her arm. He nuzzled the girl who giggled cutely." I missed you too Yukiko."He said patting the girl on the head. He then lookedat Eclipse and Kisuke."All of you."He said to them. He nodded at her question.

◤Ⓣ ⓗ ⓘ ⓡ ⓣ ⓔ ⓔ ⓝ◥  Konohagakure / Genin / Bukijutsu Class / Bloodline Class / Shinsetsu Clan❅ " Even a Crow is White as Snow" ❅"Hm, Thank you again Mister Hokage Sir." Harlow smiled even brighter, she had never been givin something, it was sort of like a gift. The Young Shinsetsu had been given gifts from her Grandparents on days like her birthday but had never been given a gift by someone else, it was a special moment for Harlow. Perhaps it was only a Traning Scroll but still, small steps. Placing the Scroll securely in the Holster attached to her leg, Harlow gave one last bow to show she was leaving. "Goodby~" Before even turning around or finishing her farewells their was a knock at the door, this knock was enough to pause Harlow's words and allow others to speak over her. Without moving from place Harlow turned her head to see the door as it opened to reveal another Genin, one around the same age and Clan as Harlow herself, however Harlow had never seen this girl before. As the younger Genin marched forward Harlow took 3 steps to the side getting out of the way of the fuming girl. By the sheer change in Temperature Harlow came to the conclusion that this girl was either from the same Clan or one fairly similar.
Feeling like a third wheel, Harlow decided to take her leave in silence but was stopped from exiting by the door opening again, lucky Harlow was a couple steps away from the door or she would have been smacked with it. Having been assaulted by one door already that day, it was fair to say Harlow didn't want to get hit again. Once more Harlow moved out of the way to allow the Woman who carried young infants and who had been accompanied by a large canine. Taking a second to herself Harlow stared at the door and wondered silently to herself if she closed it and opened it again, if anything would happen. Who else would appear from the door. Figuring nothing else would happen Harlow took one last look back into the Office, eyeing the little babies. They were cute, then again nearly all babies were, however Harlow held a little fear towards babies, they were far to fragile and messy, not to mention noisy and troublesome. Perhaps when Harlow got older her opinion would change, but for now it was what it was, Babies are scary creatures. Putting on a happy smile Harlow, finally skipped her way to the door to exit out of the office and head towards the Academy to train. ❅ "Just Open up Your Eyes and See" ❅

Noctis seemed to be very busy that day as more people began entering his village. He saw that harlow had already made her exit. He was sure the girl would be fine on her own. The Shinsetsu clan was tough as ice. He turned to the male genin that had entered his office. Not knocking but he did bow, so he would let it slide. He asked for a mission and he saw something within him so he decided to test him."Ok, I have a C rank for you Patrol the Village if you finish that return for something a bit more challenging."

She had hoped to get her rank at the exams but that had proved to be a huge disappointment when she got there. No rank had been given only pocket change. So after four boring missions here she was. Well rested and ready to get on with her training. Jae took a small breath. Seeing Noctis still made her a little nervous but at least she wasn't upset anymore. Maybe if she acted like nothing happened then he would react the same way. Knocking on the door she poked her head in, peering in from the crack she had created for herself. Immediately she took notice that there was already someone in the room. Three people in total. Well. If Infants were counted as 'people'. Babies always reminded her of chibis. "Oppsie ~ Bad timing. Sunbae! You owe me a rank now." Jae said, trying to quickly insert herself into the situation and then make her hasty retreat. She knew he probably didn't want to be interrupted right now. His children and his wife were in attendance. She's not his wife. Jae paused for a second, her cheerful expression faltering slightly. Why in the world did she remember that? Shaking it off she smirked, slipping on her infamous annoying bravado. "I mean sorry for the intrusion 'sir' I have come for my evaluation to become a recognized Jounin." Her words were thick with her sarcasm as she said them, Jae laying her guise on thick. Being silly was a lot easier than wearing her emotions on her face. That always got her into trouble. Time and time again. If people regarded her as a ditzy person they would not second guess her. Oh what a fine espionage agent she would become.

Noctis while waiting for the genin who he was giving a mission, the small shinsetsu girl, and Eclipse to reply heard a noise coming from his door. Someone had knocked and pink hair walked through the doorway. He instantly recognized Jae as she walked in. He chuckled as she spoke about getting a rank, he had some papers on his desk about that actually looking over them as she continued to speak. Not seeing her expression falter because of it."I see, Well Jae it does seem that you have met the requirements to become a Jonin."Noctis became quiet overlooking the papers."Congratulations I hereby promote you to Jonin." He said putting the papers aside and looking at her to see her reaction.

She paused, her elated cheer had caused her to get a little carried away and in her obliviousness to everything she had to remember who she was talking to and who was in the room. "-- go spar one of these days!" She said, covering up her blunder. "Any missions for me?" She asked.
