Fenrir Graveheart Arete Muse 
"Windowwindowwindowwindowwindow." Arete breathed to himself as he dashed away with all his might, not even bothering to really notice the pursuers gaining on him. He'd been in this kind of situation far too many times to be stressed out by it anymore. Arete's eyes brightened when he spotted a glass-pane window several feet above, probably placed to allow some natural light or air in. Even though it was far beyond a normal person's reach, Arete kicked off the ground to soar upwards up to 20 feet. Whether he meant it or not was uncertain but his jump was perfectly timed to avoid both the claw attack from behind and grenade from the front, making it so that Elizabeth would cut the grenade with her claws instead and thus causing it to blow up on her instantly. The loud explosion on her sensitive kiranu ears alone should be enough to knock her out for a while. In the meantime Arete leaped to the window. "Thanks! I was afraid I'd go out without a bang there! Hahahaa!" he mockingly called as he passed through the window and escaped the palace.

As the grenade erupted into a violently loud blast, Beth let out a pain filled scream. She dropped to the floor grabbing her ears in pain before slipping out of consciousnesses.

When Arete suddenly jumped in the air, Faith held on tightly so that she wouldn't fall. When she saw that they actually made it to the high window, she looked down to see a knocked out Kiranu. She had a smug grin on her face, "You are good at this." She said to Arete.

The sound of the window crashing alerted Sabal over to where a man and woman were leaping out one of the higher windows. Putting on a burst of speed, he made it over to the man before he could so much as land, grabbing him into an arm lock. Using his wings, he rose off the ground to pull him from the woman's grasp. "If you don't fight, I might be able to help you out here," he whispered in the man's ear.

((@sorceress: I'm a little confused. Arete hasn't landed yet so is your character going to try and grab him when he does? Because as far as you know I could just as easily keep flying and never land...))

Noa spurted into the opposite direction Arete was taking. She knew that b*****d would try something to knock out Beth, and she would be there for him if he succeeded. He was going to get it for sure!
Sprinting to a side exit, she rushed past the guards, who were standing into attack mode because Kora had alerted them. She jumped over some hedges into the direction Arete, Faith and Beth had run. Suddenly she saw Arete flying towards the ground, Sabal flying in to intercept them. She unsheated her katana and waited if she was needed.
Go in, Go in and chop off his head.!

(nevermind, i'll just do this)
Arete and Elise glided through the air as the thief used his wind manipulation to ease their fall. It looks like they weren't out of the woods yet though, as Sabal now made his way to them. But the man would never have the chance to touch them. Just when he would be about to touch them Arete opened his mouth and let out a bloodcurling scream that sent several blades of sharp sound racing through Sabal's body. The blades would leave deep gashes and blow the man back, but otherwise Arete made sure not to try and kill him. He wasn't a murderer after all, he just wanted to escape. In this case the thing that ensured this hit the most was the proximity of the attack, it being an attack with a wide strike zone and yet done at practically point-blank range left Sabal with little chance to dodge, and of course the nature of the attack orienting from Arete's mouth. No normal bard could attack with their voice like that. The only race known to be able were the Sirens, but everyone should've known that Arete was a shapeshifter so the fact that he could attack that way at all would seem impossible.
As soon as they did hit the ground, Arete dashed away as fast as he could once more. From the looks of things they still had one last pursuer. And she was quite fast for being able to catch up to them so quickly. "Hey Faith, your friend's here!" he said as he ran off into the city.

Seeing the man's mouth open, Sabal took the second before his attack to Dash behind the man. "Not so good now, huh?" he asked, aiming his gun for Arete's head. "I want to help you but you're being a bit of a pain." He nudges his head to the roof. "I can get you up there for a better escape if you just give me some information."

"No thanks. I know the way out." Arete laughed in reply as a powerful blast of wind fired out from his butt to try and send Sabal hurling away, along with a very foul odor...
"You know, I never thought I'd actually use that one..." Arete muttered as he continued to run off.

Seeing as things were going up there, Noa ran up to the fighters and placed herself on Arete's escape route. Her katana and kodaichi were raised and fire seemed to shot out of the woman's eyes as Arete came closer. He would have to chose, fighting her or fighting Sabal. She hoped he would try to come past her.
