 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn stood and leaped from her shoulders to the floor. "What? The great genius actually needs help?" He told her sarcastically, recalling her comments the last time he'd tried to help her with homework. "Heaven forbid she ask for help from a lowly male."  The tiger that should be....isn't....

Frowning, she began to walk to the bedroom like she had the other day. Perhaps she wasn't processing what had happened last time she'd tried to throw out his stuff. The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn looked up from where he was digging in his backpack. He growled and rolled his eyes, seeing where Ashriel was going. "Oh get back here you huffy female." He told her irritably. "Your homework is right here. I picked it up for you from school." He dragged two sheets of paper out of his backpack with his teeth. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"Thank you~" Her eyes flicked over the homework as she yawned again. Although her eyes were droopy, she set to doing the homework. [ I ] { A } m that shy person that is forced to speak. Raevyn pulled out his own homework and shifted to human, sitting across from her at the table. There wasn't much to do, just a few math problems and some questions on the book the class was reading. Silence reigned as they worked.

It seemed that it didn't matter that she'd missed school - she already understood the concepts they'd covered. She fell asleep as she was double checking her answers, the reading making her eyes droop. [ I ] { A } m that shy person that is forced to speak. The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn took his time with the work. The book in particular was throwing him for a loop. It didn't make sense to his animalistic mind. But he struggled through it. Finally he yawn and stretched, finished the last question. "Ready for bed?" He asked, then noticed Ashriel was already asleep. He smiled softly, shaking his head. "Silly." He murmured softly, then stood up and walked around the table to pick her up. He moved her carefully, trying not to wake Ashriel as he carried her back to bed. The tiger that should be....isn't....

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn shifted so he was holding her one handedly. He used his free hand to brush back her bangs. "Shh. It's okay. We're not going to the doctor." He said soothingly. He carried her into the bedroom and set her on the bed, covering her up with the blanket. The tiger that should be....isn't....

She pulled the extra pillow to her to cuddle, and it became obvious why she had a double bed in the first place. [ I ] { A } m that shy person that is forced to speak. The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn huffed, hands on his hips, when he saw her grab the pillow. He glared at the offending item that was in his spot. Then he sighed and turned out the lights. He shifted to his cat form and crawled onto his own cushion. If Ashriel wanted the pillow, then fine. He'd sleep over here. He curled up and fell asleep quickly. The tiger that should be....isn't....

"I'M NOT CRAZY!" She screeched, huffing in her sleep. Tossing around lightly, she woke up, turning away from Raevyn and bursting into tears. That dream again. That evil dream. The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn awoke screeching and hissing, his claws unsheathed. It took his a moment to realize he wasn't under attack. It was another minute later before he was awake enough to realize Ashriel was crying. He climbed over her so he was face to face with her. "Ashriel? What's wrong?" He asked softly, rubbing his cheek against hers and purring comfortingly. He didn't bother asking if she was alright as it was clear she wasn't. The tiger that should be....isn't....

He might do what the doctor did. What her family did. "Nothing...go back to sleep." She muttered, forcing herself to stop crying. The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn sighed and crawled over top of Ashriel again. "Ashriel, people don't wake up screaming because of nothing. What's wrong? I thought you could trust me....." He said sadly, his amber eyes sorrowful. It hurt that she wouldn't trust him. He'd thought they'd gotten over this. The tiger that should be....isn't....
