Halloween Town from KHI is actually the one world I was surprised wasn't in the game.
If you're playing on Beginner or Standard, Aqua is good all the time. She starts with a decent finisher that does good damage and has a wide range. If you're playing on Proud, be prepared to grind a little and get used to blocking instead of dodging. If you play on Critical like a boss, you're going to get your a** handed to you for the entire first world unless you powergrind to level 15 or so and meld every command you can with the right crystals and stuff so you get combo boosts and finisher boosts.
Perspective, I beat the final bosses as Aqua at level 28 on Critical, and it was VERY difficult. Leveling to 40 made it challenging, but very much easier comparatively. Compare that to Terra and Ventus, also on Critical, who were level 40 and 41 respectively when I beat the final bosses with them, and she actually has massive advantages over the other characters.
I won't give you any spoilers about Terra's story, but I will say that it involves Riku at one point. And remember, play on Critical or Proud, because otherwise you can't get the secret movie for beating the Final chapter boss.

Kojima Shiro You are right, I left out organization members. Also, agree with the worlds. Not so much do I think they should be better, I just think there should be more. Halloween Town always was the best, disappointed it's not in there.
As for Aqua, I understand she is powerful later on in the game, just still not a big magic fan, when I say defense I mean solid defense. Beside I am more of a just beat the crap out of them with keyblade fan.
As for Terra, maybe it's just me, but, I see a bit of riku in him. I haven't beat any of there stories though. So, maybe that will change. The world selection for me has always been lackluster. Mostly because I'm not a fan of Sora-insert fanfiction into Disney stories. However in this game it was less "Insert character, finish disney plotline we've seen a thousand times" And more "Insert character, recieve interesting character development for said character while finishing the disney plotline" And I like that a lot better. So I can tolerate it much more. (Even though they don't have the option of you playing in a party with the Disney cast) Gunna point out: "Beat the crap up with a keyblade fan" Does not a "Defensive" character make. I'll save you the trouble and tell you Terra and Rikku SPOILER ALERT: Are only related by the passing of the keyblade from Terra to Rikku. So only in the sense of "Master-Student" are they related. And even then, not really since there was no training that went on. Otherwise, they are totally separate characters with their own personalities.

@red I like to make different builds really. Defensive and speed being main things and the 2nd stat always being power. Since till like 358 days speed was never a option really, I gained that like from that. So, original build was Defense and then power. Thus being the beat the crap outta them with a keyblade fan.
As for spoiler sorry but, I will not read it. x: I wanna be surprised mostly. I already spoiled alot of it. I don't wanna spoil Riku's part in the story and Terras.
