146~What is your own personal Philosophy on life?
Not sure if this is a philosophy, or if it's a very good one, but whenever you think of something bad, it usually doesn't happen because our mind thinks up the worst of reality when it's actually not that bad.
Just like the saying, "Fear is only in our minds."
Of course things in reality can freak us out, but we can always imagine worse and it will never happen.
I dunno.
Something that's been working a while for me.
